Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the movie when Chaz and the band are rebelling on stage and wrecking all the equipment, there are a few shots where you can clearly see that Brendan Fraser is only pretending to smash his guitar.

Factual error: As mentioned before the radio booth should have had sound proof glass, but when Pip's girlfriend knocks on the glass and says "Hey guys you're on TV" they can hear her perfectly.

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film the band is rebelling on stage. It shows a shot of Pip pushing a drum over, the next shot shows him pushing the exact same drum over again.

Factual error: In the discussion between Sergeant O'Malley and Chaz, Chaz says "All i want is a lousy 3 minutes and 31 seconds of Airplay, to air his song. Even though the real song used which is definitely exactly the same as the one on the tape goes for 3 minutes and 51 seconds. 20 seconds longer than Chaz says it is.

Continuity mistake: When Chaz asks "Are we still on the air?" they point to the light that says "on air" which is lit up. The next shot you can still see the light over Chaz's shoulder which is no longer on.

Factual error: When The Lone Rangers are playing in jail at the end, Rex the bass player and Chaz are in the wrong music keys for the riff they're "playing" and Pip is hitting the wrong cymbals and drums. Rex was all the way in 17th 18th on D, when hes meant to be on 1st 4th on the E and 5th 6th and 8th on the A, during the solo.

Continuity mistake: When Kayla throws the tape out of her car, when they first move back to the tape we see a guy kick it from the middle of the road to near the sidewalk. Then when the camera moves back, it is back in the middle of the road getting crushed by a car.
