Revealing mistake: When the kids are burying Gus, his supposedly dead face flinches when they shovel dirt on him.

Continuity mistake: When Pinhead is just about to start killing everyone in The Boiler Room nightclub, a man catches the first hooked chain that Pinhead unleashes. Yet when you look closely as you see the man holding the chain there is no hook, but a piece of wire.
Revealing mistake: When the terrorists drop the dead body out the aircraft door, look closely at the aeroplane just beneath the door, you can see the reflection of the mat the stuntman lands on, as well as the spotters around it.
Other mistake: Towards the end where they steal the chip, they are detected and about a million security guards are all running around, yet 30 seconds later, the only security guard is one man with a shotgun. What happened to their big army of security guards? (01:41:30 - 01:42:55)
Revealing mistake: In the part it shows Ash getting sucked into the time portal you can see the wire he is hanging from. (00:02:45)
Plot hole: Why was an F-18 even sent to look for the helicopter anyway? Krill was the only one on the ship at the time that knew who was really on the chopper, the crew only knew about Jordan Tate, and the captain believes it's supposed to be a surprise for him so he's not calling anyone, so who sent the F-18?
Revealing mistake: There is an obvious stunt double for Grandpa during the fight scenes.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Mr. Blonde is pouring gasoline over the cop, the cop's legs are flying around trying to kick him. Later, we see that the cop's legs are still taped to the chair.
Continuity mistake: Just after the doctor started the post mortem on that little girl, the front of his gown is covered with blood. Yet, a few seconds later, after the two other guys appear, his gown looks better, with less blood. And during the whole post mortem scene, the blood spot actually changes its size a few times. Visible crew/equipment: When the guitarist almost gets hit by a bus, you see a shot from inside the bus about what happens outside. If you watch carefully you can see Robert Rodriguez in the rear view mirror holding the camera with a towel on his head. (00:27:00)
Continuity mistake: In the hockey game, the teams playing are the Los Angeles Kings and the Toronto Maple Leafs. You can notice the real logos when the camera is away from the action. When it gets closer, though (probably because of copyrights), the maple leaf is turned into a spades (from cards) with only "Toronto" written and the Kings' word and crown in the logo become just an "LA" with a slightly different shape.
Continuity mistake: When Buffy is out shopping for her dress and Pike is on his bike beside her, they stop to talk and have an argument. Buffy walks off and Pike turns his bike around to drive off, but as he does this, his bike suddenly moves a few feet away from the wall he was right next to in the previous shot. (01:01:05)
Revealing mistake: Towards the end of the movie where Veronica Roberts hands are tied behind her back, she goes over to the mulching machine to cut the rope free. But as she hits the blades they bend and move like rubber.
Continuity mistake: Near the beginning, Jake drives a motorcycle out of the warehouse shoot-out and spins out as police cars converge on him. He has blood coming out of the right corner of his mouth, the shot changes, cuts back to him and the blood is on the left, then right again in the subsequent shot.
Continuity mistake: When crackhead drug dealer stabs Mr. Big at the table in the club, the boss pulls a table cloth, upsetting crockery. In next shot it's all perfectly tidy.
Revealing mistake: During Kenjiro's fight with Phan Xu, Kenjiro cuts Xu's face. This cut goes across Xu's headband, but the headband is still in one piece. The cut is visible above and below the band, but the band itself is untouched. As Kenjiros sword is capable of cutting a steel chain, a piece of cloth should not pose any difficulty.
Continuity mistake: Sloan's pants change from blue to white after he is captured attacking Lane's house.
Other mistake: The steamship shown in Patriot games is actually a shot from John Wayne's 1955 Sea Chase.
