Visible crew/equipment: At the end when Dr. Angelo and Peter are escaping the blast, just after Angelo jumps down over the facility wall and calls for Peter to follow, for a second you can see someone holding the back of Peter's shirt to help him drop down, or it might be a rigging of some kind.
Factual error: The weapon Palmer used to shoot down one of the enemy fighters was the M79 grenade launcher. This weapon's projectile speed is lower than the speed of the plane, so it would be impossible for Palmer to hit a target flying over 100mph side-by-side.
Continuity mistake: When Stone leaves the building he lives in, there is writing on the wall saying which way to go for each floor. When the killer enters the building, the wall is blank. (00:37:00 - 00:41:40)
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Hando is reading from Mein Kampf he joins his girlfriend on the bed. In the next shot a half-smoked cigarette appears in his hand holding the book. This is not there before nor after.
Other mistake: When the girl throws a grenade at the closed window it rolls a bit and you see that the bottom has been drilled out.
Continuity mistake: Chapter 5 Abraham is shaving Director Po. It looks like he is just starting and Po is covered in shaving cream. They cut to Branick and when they go back to Director Po he has been completely shaved when it is clear Abraham has not done anything. (00:24:05)

Revealing mistake: During the standoff scene in the shipyard, Crazy Kung drops Tarzan (Tyson) from a magnet crane before reactivating the electromagnet, hoisting him up again. Continuity mistake: Detective Keith Lui, after some fencing with the sugar cane, finds the only way out from the apartment is to throw himself out of the window. Continuity mistake: When Master Pan chases Li to a back area, a couple of guys stop to fight him to give Li a chance to get away. The one with short dreadlocks throws a jump spinning kick at him, and he Pan sends him flying into a ramp with his sword. Later, while Pan is fighting Eric Lee, there is a quick shot of that same guy sitting on the ramp very relaxed, then he vanishes entirely.
Visible crew/equipment: One of the punks wisely escapes the beating making a run for it with the paper bag containing the cash. The shopkeeper curses him ""He got away with all my money, the son of a..." As Kurt turns the corner and the camera follows him, the camera casts its shadow on the wall. (00:04:45)

Continuity mistake: Peter Weller draws his automatic pistol and cocks it using the slide. He turns to the prisoner. The shot changes and as he walks behind the prisoner he cocks the gun again.
