Continuity mistake: In the scene when Hando is reading from Mein Kampf he joins his girlfriend on the bed. In the next shot a half-smoked cigarette appears in his hand holding the book. This is not there before nor after.
Romper Stomper (1992)
1 continuity mistake
Directed by: Geoffrey Wright
Starring: Russell Crowe, Jacqueline McKenzie, Alex Scott, Daniel Pollock
Factual error: In the beginning of the movie, where the skinheads beat up the Vietnamese victims in the underground train station, the train station is labelled as Footscray station. This is wrong because as most Melbournians would know, Footscray station is an open above ground station. The station in question is actually Richmond station. They only labelled it as Footscray station because Footscray is notorious for its large Vietnamese community.
Gabe: That's a picture of my mum. Isn't she beautiful? Everyone says I look like her. I'm not saying I'm good looking, I'm not saying that, but we do look alike. She's dead now. Was a car accident. She had her head chopped off. I think it's good to be able to talk about these things without cracking up, you know. Besides I know she's still with me somehow. I think that when I have kids, she will be one of them, sort of reincarnated.
