Revealing mistake: When Dani goes to meet Cort after dark to go swimming, you can plainly see it's daylight out because the sun is shining.
Audio problem: At Thomas J's memorial service, Vada goes up to the coffin crying. Just after she says something about his glasses being missing, her father comes up to comfort her. Watch his mouth - he is heard talking but his lips aren't moving at first (they are in the next shot).
Factual error: When Madonna greets her audience for the kick-off night of the Blond Ambition World Tour in Tokyo, we're actually seeing the second show, not the first.
Other mistake: Just before the evil robots capture Bill and Ted's girlfriends, after they crash through the window, the girlfriends ask the robots: "Who are you?" and Bill goes "Well, I'm really Evil Ted!" and unzips himself and out pops Evil Ted, and the other robot goes, "And I'm really Evil Bill!" and out pops Evil Bill. When the robots are herding the girlfriends out just before knocking them out with their breath, you can see two sets of clothes in the bottom left corner if you watch closely.
Revealing mistake: When Toulon's puppet stage is set on fire, the flames in the foreground look rather like they are projected from a regularly set row of blow torches, rather than erratically flickering flames on a wooden floor. (00:25:05)
Continuity mistake: When the jumper shoots Kuffs before going off the ledge, pay attention to the trajectory of the bullet fired from the gun and then to the bullet wound that Kuffs shows us in the taxi cab. They don't match. If the bullet got him where it was supposed to, he would've been hit in the hip/upper thigh area, instead of the side of his abdomen like in the cab.
Revealing mistake: During the car smuggling scene where Van Damme is fighting on the boat one of the thugs slides/falls against the side of one of the cars. If you look closely, you can see the side view mirror on the car is made of rubber.
Continuity mistake: In a few scenes we see in the background BT Telephone boxes this film is set in the 1960's so why are the boxes new with the new BT logo on them. In fact, BT boxes at all? It didn't exist then.
Factual error: When Mike is in Idaho he has a clear view of Mt. Hood. Even if it were possible to see the mountain from so far away (over 200 miles), there is another mountain range lying between Idaho and Mt. Hood, blocking the view.
Continuity mistake: In one scene where a guy is getting his car crushed with him in it, there's a two second scene with a dummy in the car then it's switched back to the guy. (00:12:35)
Continuity mistake: The scene is where Duncan is sitting across from Ralph trying to convince him that he's the king. It's a taco stand or something. At the start of the scene you see a bottle of Tabasco sauce on the table. In the next view, the bottle is gone and Ralph gets up to get a bottle of Tabasco sauce from the counter.
Factual error: Deer are not repelled by the smell of human urine, and in fact it does not have "a" smell - it has many. The smell of human urine varies enormously based upon diet, health and environmental factors so that no wild animal could possibly be scared of them all. Even if Lou didn't know this (and everything about her character suggests she should), Doctor Stone would - he is a doctor, after all.
