Continuity mistake: In the end scene, where Maureen in braiding Dani's hair and they are in their bedroom on the porch, how far the braid is done differs back and forth between close up shots and the far away shots.

Continuity mistake: Dani sneaks out in the middle of the night and under the cover of darkness to go swimming with a boy in the lake, but it's daytime when she arrives at the lake. Afterwards, when she tries to sneak back into her house, it's still nighttime and dark.
