Visible crew/equipment: Near the end of the movie when the convoy is heading back to the Pakistan Stadium, a Humvee stops briefly to allow a man to walk across the street with a child in his arms. When the shot changes and the Humvee begins driving again, a crew member or cameraman is seen inside the Humvee wearing a white shirt. All of the men who entered the Humvee were wearing fatigues. Visible crew/equipment: As Achilles' ship nears the Trojan shores, Agamemnon snidely asks, "What's the fool doing? He's going to take the beach of Troy with fifty men?" At the start of the next shot, as the camera begins to pan down, on the far right, just beside a person's (who is dressed in blue) head is a metal bullhorn (ie. used to give instructions to cast/crew, and which definitely doesn't belong in this time period). (00:36:35)
Visible crew/equipment: In the fight scene on the stairs near the end of the movie, the camera shot looks up and there is a security camera mounted up in the corner. (01:29:40)
Visible crew/equipment: During the scene when Sgt. James is removing the IED from the body cavity of the young boy there is a person standing in the background behind the plastic sheeting.
Visible crew/equipment: When the Muslim armies approach Brendan Gleason's castle there is a side shot of the Muslims army coming to a halt. You can see the marker stake with yellow tape at the top (used during production as a mark). (01:10:10)
Visible crew/equipment: On the beach there's a battle charge, and in the foreground you can clearly see a set of tyre tracks from the camera vehicle preceding the charge.
Visible crew/equipment: As the boat crew steps ashore to find Kilgore, the obvious shadows of two crew and their equipment are seen moving across the backs of the soldiers and then the raised netting slightly further away. This isn't the documentary crew they meet shortly afterwards, who are further onto the mainland. (00:27:20)
Visible crew/equipment: In the final battle scene where Benjamin is fighting Tavington one-on-one, the camera angle widens and shows the whole battle scene. In the bottom right corner, you can see another camera filming the action.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Jeremy Kemp and George Peppard are playing daredevil in their planes and Kemp's plane hits a brick tower there is a shot of the plane plummeting to the ground. The alert viewer can see the shiny metal wires that were used to support and guide the plane on its way to the ground.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene near the beginning of the film, when the 2 brothers are fixing to leave to join the army. After the mother gives them the flag, the shot changes to the 2 brothers. You can see the boom mic and the camera in the reflection of their shiny brass buckles.
Visible crew/equipment: At the surrender of the fort, as the English are marching out, Monroe, says "The fort is yours, Monsieur." At that moment, look between the two horses' heads. In the distant valley you can see what are either two tourist busses or perhaps mobile catering vans. (01:05:40)
Visible crew/equipment: In the sequence where Sgt Elias is charging the VC with his M16 (near when he dies) there is a shot when the camera rolls through the jungle and you can see a cameraman behind a tree.
