Continuity mistake: Zac goes in a playroom to investigate, puts a truck on a playhouse roof and tries to get a presence to push it off but nothing happens. He walks around to investigate the rest of the room. He squats down to look inside of a tent and when he does the camera pans out to show Billy in the doorway. When it does the truck is not on the roof of the playhouse, but when Zac stands up and walks by the playhouse, the truck comes flying off it.
Continuity mistake: Kai is flying his dragonfly space craft towards an enemy ship in the beginning with his wingmen as they sing. Kai's shadow is cast on the wall behind him on his left, but when the camera cuts to a close up of him, his shadow is suddenly on the other side. (00:02:05)
Continuity mistake: Before and after the Beetle's battle armor is fried by May Parker activating the jet engine, the appearance and arrangement of the building in the background changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: This is supposed to be the Rangers' first mission and we see Jayden use the Fire-Smasher mode of his spin sword. Jayden didn't learn how to use that feature until the third episode of the series, which takes place after this mission.
Continuity mistake: The Army Humvee arrives in Piedmont and finds the townsfolk all dead. The timecode on the truck's video recording is 22:13 hours. When the team gathers to learn of the situation, they are shown this video. The General then presents a video he says is 2 hrs later, the view from the drone with infrared film. The time code on this, is 3:15. Both were shot in the same place, and both would be local time, so the time is wrong. More to the point, the original drone footage did not have any timecode on it. Continuity mistake: When Gersham runs from the police in the first scene, his vehicle crashes on a rooftop and hits a wall, bouncing off it, turning and stopping parallel to it. He exits the vehicle, at the point where he crashed, and the vehicle is now positioned differently (turned 90 degrees, pointing straight to the wall). (00:04:20)
Continuity mistake: While Mr. Klimer is forcing Debbie into the car, he for some reason seems to have a Charlie Chaplin-esque moustache which he doesn't have in any other point in the episode.
Continuity mistake: When the bad guys create a roadblock with their 2 cars as Hopper drives his girlfriend to her mother's house, the cars stop with one on one side of the yellow line, and the other stops with the steering wheel over the line. The camera angle changes, and now both cars are neatly, evenly positioned, with their engines sitting over the line. (00:02:05)
Continuity mistake: After dark when Nicky puts the candle in front of the clock to see what the time is, in the close up shot the items around the clock have changed position.

Continuity mistake: When Henry is working on the body, just after the lady is grabbed, In one shot the tray below the weighing scale has some body parts and stuff Henry is adding, in the next shot it is empty, then in the next shot it is full again. (00:00:55)

Continuity mistake: When John spits on Jedikiah, the saliva disappears from his shirt when the shot changes.
The Elephant in the Room - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Phil storms out during dinner and comes back in, he closes the door (we even hear it latch). When he proposes to Carol, the door remains closed until after she says yes, then in one shot it is open and stays open, with no one touching it.
Continuity mistake: When Luke and the others arrive at Gateway, there's a Smart car with its doors wide open. When they start walking and the shot changes, the doors are now hardly open. The doors keep changing position depending on the shot thereafter.
Continuity mistake: As Zoreth looks around after his wife closes the door, he closes a book he's holding. A second later, he's holding it by one cover, the book hanging open.
Continuity mistake: When Dr. Zaius and the gorilla soldiers ride up to the crashed spaceship, his hair is mussed in the long shots and properly groomed and neat in the close ups.
Continuity mistake: The hole the Spindrift crew creates in the wooden crate changes size and shape from when the crew makes and enters it to when the giant picks up the crate.
Continuity mistake: When the Man in Black wakes up with a noose around his neck, there are only 4 distinct loops in the hangman's knot. A few seconds later, he cuts the rope and collapses to the ground, and there are now 6 distinct loops in the hangman's knot.
Continuity mistake: Michael invites Spock to play chess. She presents a board with three levels. Later, when the game is underway, the board has seven levels by the addition of four smaller boards. (00:17:50 - 00:21:25)
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode when Nico is burning the photo of her father, she burns it at the top left corner in a close-up shot. Then in the following shot the photo is suddenly burning at the top right corner instead.
Continuity mistake: When Josh is asking his dad if the cops were hot, from the side he's leaning forwards with both elbows on his knees, then from the front he's more upright with one hand on his knee, arm bent out to the side. (00:09:45)
