Continuity mistake: To beat the traffic, Coop skateboards inside a construction pipe. The pipe is on the back of a truck, so it's not exactly very long, and gets picked up by a crane arm mounted on the truckbed itself. However, Coop takes ages to come out of the pipe, and in the shot from inside the pipe it looks as if is dozens of meters above the street level, which isn't. (00:08:00)
Containment - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, when the bad guy is preparing the syringe of small pox, he follows the usual method of tapping out any air in the tube - when he is shown injecting himself, a large air bubble is back in the syringe (which would probably kill him quicker than the smallpox).
Continuity mistake: The hole the Spindrift crew creates in the wooden crate changes size and shape from when the crew makes and enters it to when the giant picks up the crate.
Continuity mistake: As Dave is leaning over the edge of the air boat with Rose behind him, he pulls a chunk of metal out of the water and places it on the edge of the boat on his left side. When he gets up from his lying position moments later, the metal is gone. Moments later again, with an overhead shot of the boat, we see what appears to be that piece of metal positioned at what would have been his right side, not his left. This is also where we see him step over the seat (twice!) in subsequent camera angles. (00:30:00)
Continuity mistake: Rev Bem returns for this episode, however the costume department seems to have forgotten all the changes his character went through a couple seasons ago. His face is distinctly more Magog than it should be, and his hands have reverted back into clawed fingers.
Continuity mistake: After the Prisoner Transport Line Major gives the wrong access code, Stanley puts his arm up and rests his hand on the table next to him. But through the rest of their conversation his arm goes from this position to down by his side repeatedly depending on the camera angle. (00:12:25)
Two by Two - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Alicia presents the slingshot trajectory, Eva says the solar sails will provide "more than enough" power to reach the planet with the U238. Shortly after the sails are deployed, the edge of one of them is damaged, causing the ship to lose enough power to start dropping back to the star. But you can see that about 1/10 of one of the six sails is damaged, or 1.7% of the entire sail array. How is "more than enough" reduced to "not enough" when they lose such a small part of the sails? Continuity mistake: The Army Humvee arrives in Piedmont and finds the townsfolk all dead. The timecode on the truck's video recording is 22:13 hours. When the team gathers to learn of the situation, they are shown this video. The General then presents a video he says is 2 hrs later, the view from the drone with infrared film. The time code on this, is 3:15. Both were shot in the same place, and both would be local time, so the time is wrong. More to the point, the original drone footage did not have any timecode on it. Continuity mistake: When Marshall first finds Trip's letter, he holds it from the left side. In the close-up, he's holding it from the right side. (00:02:10)
Continuity mistake: This is supposed to be the Rangers' first mission and we see Jayden use the Fire-Smasher mode of his spin sword. Jayden didn't learn how to use that feature until the third episode of the series, which takes place after this mission.
Bloodshed in the Bordello - S20-E12
Continuity mistake: Zac goes in a playroom to investigate, puts a truck on a playhouse roof and tries to get a presence to push it off but nothing happens. He walks around to investigate the rest of the room. He squats down to look inside of a tent and when he does the camera pans out to show Billy in the doorway. When it does the truck is not on the roof of the playhouse, but when Zac stands up and walks by the playhouse, the truck comes flying off it.
Continuity mistake: The three friends finally meet in person after all the texting. Karube brings a cigarette to his mouth when Chota asks "Where to?", but in the next shot his hand is lower. (00:07:15)
Continuity mistake: When Vincent is showing the delivery man his basement to show him the wooden cube isn't there, the delivery man's ID tag is positioned so that the front side is facing outwards. In the next shot, the ID tag has suddenly flipped around. (00:11:20)
Continuity mistake: While Mr. Klimer is forcing Debbie into the car, he for some reason seems to have a Charlie Chaplin-esque moustache which he doesn't have in any other point in the episode.
Continuity mistake: When Gracie is on the phone to Mark and reading Helena's diary, the diary has changed position on Helena's bed before Gracie touches it.
Continuity mistake: Benkei is talking with the Getter team for the first time and promises to fix Genki's model airplane. The wings are broken in a different way between shots. (00:08:20)
Continuity mistake: When Gersham runs from the police in the first scene, his vehicle crashes on a rooftop and hits a wall, bouncing off it, turning and stopping parallel to it. He exits the vehicle, at the point where he crashed, and the vehicle is now positioned differently (turned 90 degrees, pointing straight to the wall). (00:04:20)
Continuity mistake: Ajeet and Nicky are crouched behind the hedge outside the manor house. Nicky restrains Ajeet by putting her left hand on Ajeet's right shoulder and her right hand is on the ground, the angle changes and both Nicky's hands are on the lapels on Ajeet's coat and she pulls her down behind the hedge. Ajeet's hair plaits also change position.
Continuity mistake: Sometimes Cyborg is waterproof and sometimes he isn't.
Continuity mistake: When the girl working in the hospital sees a man from her flash forward, she runs after him carrying several hospital client files. As she runs through the hospital stopping people, the files magically disappear from her arms.
