Continuity mistake: After Todd tells Melissa that he and Gail broke up, he turns to walk away. Melissa turns towards him and calls his name, and in that shot, she has the shotgun pointed right at Todd. Then, in the next shot, she has it pointed up to the side.
Factual error: Melissa is shooting chairs with a shotgun indoors inside a small office building with no ear protection. And yet Todd and she are able to carry on a conversation at normal speaking levels without their ears blown out or having to shout over any ringing in their ears from being in a closed space while a shotgun is going off. Also, the shotgun has zero recoil while Melissa is lightly holding onto it while blowing holes in chairs. (00:13:25)

Factual error: After escaping Pat, the group find Cher's house. Carol finds Cher's body in her bed having died. The body would have been in that bed at least 2 or 3 years, and yet the sheets are perfectly pristine white with no stains from bodily fluids or decay of the flesh or bugs that would have found the body. Continuity mistake: When Pat pulls the shotgun on the group, he is dressed in civilian clothes without his hazmat suit. He fires one shot from the shotgun, and then moments later he tries to shoot Tandy but is out of ammo. The group takes this moment to sprint out of the house, get in the A Team van and start driving away. Somehow, Pat has managed to put on his full hazmat suit, reload the shotgun, and get outside in the driveway in front of the van in time to get run over. He had mere seconds to put on a full hazmat suit, reload, and get outside in front of the van. Impossible.
Continuity mistake: When Phil is lying in the desert and Carol shows up, she kicks one of his face balls to him named Gary. When Phil catches Gary and places his hand on him in this shot, Gary's face is pointed up towards the sky. In the very next shot, as Phil is exclaiming his name, suddenly he has Gary facing him right on. (00:17:22)
Continuity mistake: When Phil 2 is talking to Tandy in the stocks after the calf scene, his hands keep changing position depending on the camera angle. Sometimes his hand and wrist are straight down with fingers extended and other times he has his hand lifted up with his fingers tucked in.
Continuity mistake: When Carol goes to cross out the garbage pool grievance, she accidentally goes under the words "phil garbage" before going through the rest of the words. When it cuts back, you can see the line is now going through "phil garbage" and the red line underneath is gone.
Continuity mistake: When Phil 1 knocks the Jenga tower down, most of the rows fall down. But when the shot changes, the fallen tower is now more than 4 times the height.
Continuity mistake: When the Phils are playing Jenga, Phil 2 is taking a piece out and you see the top rows; 3 vertical. 3 horizontal. 1 vertical in the middle. The camera angle changes and the top is now 3 vertical. 2 horizontal (missing middle piece). 2 vertical (2 side pieces). The configuration goes back and forth depending on the camera angle.

Continuity mistake: When Phil storms out during dinner and comes back in, he closes the door (we even hear it latch). When he proposes to Carol, the door remains closed until after she says yes, then in one shot it is open and stays open, with no one touching it.
