Continuity mistake: When Mohinder is back in India, his mother tells him that his sister Shanti died at the age of 5, when Mohinder himself was 2. In "The Hard Part", Mohinder tells Molly Walker that Shanti died before he was born, and shows her a photo of Shanti (who looks 5 years old) and his pregnant mother.
Continuity mistake: Episode 1-14, "Heart of Winter". Just before the robbery, Jake throws some water bottles and a flashlight over a small mound into the bushes, to hide them from the thieves. But when Mimi later picks them up, they are much closer to the truck, and on the other side of the mound. In fact, the bottles and flashlight would have been in plain sight for the robbers where she picks them up.
Continuity mistake: Series 1, Episode 9: Primal. As Carter and Taggart are crawling through the access tunnel, the torch attached to the side of Taggart's goggles is pointing downwards, below his line of vision as established by the lenses on the front. As the shot changes to a close-up on Taggart, the torch is now pointing forwards, aligned with the lenses.
Continuity mistake: When the bad guys create a roadblock with their 2 cars as Hopper drives his girlfriend to her mother's house, the cars stop with one on one side of the yellow line, and the other stops with the steering wheel over the line. The camera angle changes, and now both cars are neatly, evenly positioned, with their engines sitting over the line.
