Other mistake: When Charlotte is on the phone the reflection of the mirror behind has very evidently been digitally blurred, most surely to avoid filming crew reflections. Notice how just the left half of the mirror is blurred.
Other mistake: The extent to which the classmates wrapped Miles in cellophane with his hands folded in front of his groin would make it difficult, if not impossible, for Miles to get out of the lake alive on his own. Miles did not drown... or suffer any injuries.
Episode #1.5 - S1-E5
Other mistake: When the women are practicing their archery skills, one of the women says "I wonder why Lady Yun is absent today." But the captions add an extra N to the name Yun, misspelling the name as Lady Yunn. (00:15:41)
Message for Maureen/Gotcha/Acapulco Connection - S1-E5
Other mistake: When Julie steps onto the stage to announce the entertainment for the evening, there is a round of applause, but the handful of guests' hand claps do not match the otherwise canned applause.
Other mistake: Jake Hansen (Grant Show) wears a gold wedding band on his left or hand during the shows run, when he's supposedly single.
Suggested correction: Not really a mistake, just a character choice. Grant Show wasn't married at the time, so it's not his wedding band we see, it's just a ring.
Chûgoku kara kita aitsu! Chotto hen!! - S1-E1
Other mistake: When Ranma is battling Genma at the very beginning, she slides into the main road. Behind her is a vending machine for drinks, only, it's marked "DOLINK" (bad transliteration). (00:03:00)
Episode #5.7 - S5-E7
Other mistake: Two actors are standing on an ancient muddy track which shows the tyre prints of a modern vehicle, made probably by the 4WD camera car. (00:09:00 - 00:10:00)
Other mistake: There is a countdown on the movie screen. It is then reflected in Dusty's glasses. But the numbers are not reversed in the glasses. (00:41:00)
Strategy X - S1-E1
Other mistake: When Nightcrawler pumps his fist in elation while standing in front of the mirror, his arm casts no reflection. (00:09:52)
Other mistake: The Seattle Police officer's badge states Seattle Police, but the patch on his jacket states Metropolitan Police. (01:15:00)
The Secret of Management - S4-E9
Other mistake: The coffee mug that Cadbury gives Bill is empty.
Other mistake: S48 E82: Adam calls 911 for an ambulance for Chase that has been shot, but Adam never gave the address or location where the ambulance should go. It shows up to the right place anyway. (00:05:52)
Bag Ladies - S2-E5
Other mistake: In the first scene with Russell and Claire, Claire is portrayed as being too young to understand his references to Ross and Rachel from "Friends", Ward and June Cleaver, or the song "9 to 5." Later, he tells Adam that he met her while she was playing Grateful Dead songs in the park. That alone would demonstrate that she can be aware of shows and music from previous decades. On a side note, "Friends" ended only three years before this show began.
Other mistake: When Elena is taken, Bonnie asks Jeremy for help. She says she needs his blood to cast a location spell to find Elena. But it doesn't make sense. Earlier it was revealed that Elena is adopted, so she and Jeremy don't share the same bloodline and cast could not work well.
Suggested correction: Elena was adopted by her uncle. Grayson Gilbert (her adoptive father) is John Gilbert's (her biological father) brother. Jeremy (Grayson's son) is actually her cousin, and related by blood.
Other mistake: During the concert, the drummer's hands don't follow the music playing.
Other mistake: When Vincent is talking to Father about going to the masquerade party, you can see that both of his hands have fur and claws, but when he puts his hand on Father's shoulder and says "Don't worry", his hand is normal.
