Continuity mistake: When everyone is at the conference table and Bill is telling them that he is going to have a baby he is holding a cup, after the opening credits, continuing the scene immediately, the cup is on the table.

Also there is nothing in it, he then picks it up and leans back in the chair and falls again, and coffee comes out.
Continuity mistake: When Dave and Andrea are talking and walking away from the conference table, Bill is getting up, the next shot he is at the top of the stairs going into the booth.
Continuity mistake: When Jimmy and Matthew hug the elevator doors begin to close, the shot changes and the elevator doors are open then begin to close again.
