Chuck Versus the Gravitron - S2-E8
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Ellie is testing her Thanksgiving turkey by giving Morgan a piece, when she throws it in the trash he says 'no no no Sarah.. what are you doing!', which is the actor's name (Sarah Lancaster), not her character's. Maybe edited in some versions. (00:09:40)
Revealing mistake: In the opening credits, Beefy Bert has a different hair colour to what he has in the actual episodes. This was not included in Series 3.
Revealing mistake: Throughout numerous episodes while the team is supposed to be driving the van, the gear selector can be seen in the "park" position.
Revealing mistake: In the scene were Mrs Doyle is listing the rude words and phrases used in one of Father Ted's favorite author's book's, she goes through all of them fine. Apart from the last one, when she says "Get your boll*cks out of my face" you can hear her laughing in the word "boll*cks" before she exits the room.
Revealing mistake: While the computer is being infected with the virus, Peterson turns away from the screen to face Scully. Two seconds later, after the shot of Scully, the same shot is shown again but in reverse so that Peterson turns back to the screen. It's more obvious if you look at the weird way his eyes blink in the reversed shot. (00:39:50 - 00:41:32)
Revealing mistake: When Xena 'dies', her pulse is checked, and they can't find one, yet you can see her pulse in her neck. (00:30:30)
Revealing mistake: In almost every episode where Michelle is a toddler, you can always see her look to the right or left to most likely a person telling her what to do.
Revealing mistake: There are times when it is quite evident that Michael Rosenbaum is voluntarily bald.
Revealing mistake: When Iola's quilt shrinks in the dryer at the end of the episode, the individual squares do not shrink. Instead, there are simply fewer of them in each direction.
Revealing mistake: In the opening scene during the game, one of the shots of the boy is reversed. You can see that the text "Tartans" on his jersey is mirror imaged. (00:00:25)
Revealing mistake: In the swamp during the movie, Frank comes up and talks to Igor, who is running the projector. Although there is a film running, there is no film on either the supply or take-up reels.
Revealing mistake: After Mr. Maxwell says that the local people refuse to work on the movie, Velma asks why. In her close up, her right pupil is horribly misshapen. Not round, but a wobbly, almost cloud like shape. (00:01:35)
Revealing mistake: The re-use of a brief scene from the pilot episode, inserted during Nick and LaCroix's vampire battle in the warehouse, creates the unfortunate problem of Nick completely changing clothes in the middle of the fight. (00:37:35)
Revealing mistake: When Agent Hotchner receives a text from JJ while interviewing the suspect, it is actually a screenshot. You can see Camera Roll in the upper left hand corner, "2 of 2" where JJ's name should be, and the Share/Play/Delete banner at the bottom. It is covered by Agent Hotchner quickly tapping on the screen to clear the banners. (00:16:15)
Revealing mistake: As with many shows, the outside doesn't even come close to matching the inside layout.
Revealing mistake: When String uses Airwolf's rotor wash to blow over the pickup, when the camera is on the truck, you can see a cable pulling the truck up from the right side.
The U.N.C.L.E. Samurai Affair - S1-E27
Revealing mistake: Mark's stunt double in the final fight scene has a very bad (and obvious) brown wig. Mark's hair, however, is blond. (00:44:00)
Night of Desirable Objects - S2-E2
Revealing mistake: When the typewriter is being used at the end, the keys being pressed don't correspond to the words appearing on the paper. Obvious from the start - the first letter pressed is on the middle row of the keyboard, but the first word typed is "unacceptable".
Revealing mistake: When Briggs disguises himself as Rogosh's defense attorney, the glasses he puts on very obviously have no lenses in them. (00:26:05)
A Sentimental Journey - S1-E19
Revealing mistake: Dialogue in the episode specifically mentions the A2 and A282 roads near Dartford, Kent - the actual roads used were the A1 Barnet by-pass, Galley Lane and Well End Road. The error is revealed by the sight of a road sign that appears just as the Austin Princess Limousine turns on the the main road - the sign shows that the car is not turning on the the A2/A282 near Dartford, but the A1 at Barnet some 40 miles away.
