Visible crew/equipment: When the General Lee makes a great jump (in fact the jump is used in the opening credits of the show starting in season 2), you can see a camera hooked to the bottom of the car on the passenger's side.

Visible crew/equipment: Oliver (a dog) jumps up on Uncle Bill's bed and starts barking at him. The real reason the dog is barking: in the shots of Oliver, the shadow of a towel or some sort of toy can be seen being waved around in order to agitate the animal. Visible crew/equipment: When Gabrielle is entering the festival, after the camera is done showing all the dancers and returns to her, look at the right side of the screen by the entrance. There is a propane tank visible.
Visible crew/equipment: During Elaine's segment in the office with Mr. Gibbons, the boom mic shadow is visible on the wall throughout the scene swaying back and forth.
Fresh Prince After Dark - S4-E9
Visible crew/equipment: In the episode where Hilary poses for Playboy, Hilary's strap-on mic is visible on the back of her red dress when she, Will, and Carlton first enter the Playboy party. It is gone in subsequent scenes.
Visible crew/equipment: When Heyes and Curry leave the saloon and walk across the street, a microphone mounted on the camera rigging pops up into the shot at the bottom of the frame and follows along beside them. Visible crew/equipment: Just as Ben starts to sing about life, there is a shot of a picture on the piano. If you look at the picture, not Ben, you will see the reflection of a camera or microphone arm.
Visible crew/equipment: When Ned walks upstairs to check on the lady before the bad guy gets killed, behind him is a circular window. A reflecting light can be seen in the window along with what looks to be a boom microphone.
