Visible crew/equipment: Foggy going down hill in the wheelchair heading towards the pond and over his right shoulder (for a split-second) is a crew member holding on to a thick piece of rope attached to the wheelchair.
Visible crew/equipment: Series 19, "Pandamonium": When Paul and Barry are trying to find the panda, Barry (dressed in a panda costume) thinks he is looking at his own reflection. You can see the camera and cameraman reflected in the mirrors, and you can also see people watching the scene being filmed.
Visible crew/equipment: The film crew is reflected in the chrome of the right side mirror of Beverly and Murray's car.
Your Money or Your Life - S1-E3
Visible crew/equipment: A boom mic is visible on the upper right hand side of the screen during the living room scene where Jeffrey is explaining what a funeral is to his young son, David.
Burning Down the House - S9-E19
Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where Mimi has moved into the warehouse, Drew makes a comment about the TV having surround sound - as the camera pans over him you can see a crew member in the background adjusting a light.
Visible crew/equipment: While Rob is sick in bed he's just about to grab the phone near the end of this episode you can see a big shadow of a giant camera in between the back of the TV set and a stage light behind the camera. (00:21:22)

Visible crew/equipment: When Zaphod says his first line "I certainly didn't survive.", you can see the person who plays his third arm standing behind him.
Visible crew/equipment: When Dianne's daughters have locked themselves alone in the room, just as Jerry is about to put the keys in the door to unlock it so they can prevent the girls from cutting their hair, the boom microphone dips into view in the room where the girls are alone. This boom mic is not from the "documentary" crew. (00:13:25)
