Factual error: Wanda's father opens his briefcase of DVDs and one of them is Malcolm in the Middle. But the bomb that killed him fell in 1999, and Malcolm in the Middle didn't start airing until 2000.
Character mistake: When Will tries to quote the law to the barman, he states that the group must be "accompanied by an adult" in order to drink alcohol with food. However, since he just served Jay, he believed Jay was an adult; and Jay is accompanying the group. Both Will and tha bartender miss this.
Continuity mistake: When Kelly is putting the number card on Logan, you can see one on Kendall behind him, when he shouldn't have had one yet.
Revealing mistake: S9 E1 "Bully for Ben": When Ben hits the punch bag sideways, it's easy to tell that someone is controlling the punch bag as it never slows down.
Factual error: In the mall where Jimmy meets Irene there is the Pandora logo in the background when Jimmy is going up the escalator. Pandora didn't open its first store in New Mexico until 2013. (00:27:00 - 00:28:00)
Factual error: A character in the episode has invented denim, but denim was invented in 1873 and was being used widely up to the time period of the series, which is set in 1893.
Revealing mistake: When Brad wears the sunglasses and holds the pole, you can easily see the string that holding it up.
The Burning - S9-E16

Gourmet Night (a.k.a. Gourmet's Paradise) - S1-E5

The Long Legs of the Law - S2-E1
Revealing mistake: At the very beginning of the episode, Leonard Pearce is waiting for the cue for his character to start looking for his teeth. He's standing in the living room, between his room and Del and Rodney's room. (00:00:25)
Continuity mistake: Sue says that she "matured" aka got her period, on Sept 21, but in the episode "Forced Family Fun", when they go camping and she gets it, they go before school starts, which is well before the end of September.
Visible crew/equipment: When Alan views the kitchen, a boom mic shadow can be seen in the top left of the screen. (00:13:05)
Continuity mistake: In the introduction, when TJ pulls the ball off Gus, Gus is covered in gum. When they are walking into the school, the gum has disappeared.
Audio problem: When Cliff asks Rudy what's her boyfriend's name, you can hear a man off-camera saying "Bud" before Rudy answers.
Other mistake: Episodes 4 and 5 of season 1 aired noticeably out of order. In episode 4, "The Nanny," Alex's former Nanny, Rosalba, comes to work at his podcast company, and its name, "Ajana," is mentioned a few times. But episode 5, "The Mother-in-Law," starts with the company unnamed; over the course of the episode, Alex learns of the concept of "ajana," the unknown, from his mother-in-law and chooses it as his company's name.
Other mistake: Michael is 40 in Season 2 ep. 20 (Papa Said Knock You Out) while Jr. is 16 in ep. 19, which could not be possible since he had him when he was 16/17ish himself.
Continuity mistake: During the "Nibblin' with Nimbus" scene eggs suddenly appear in the pan. (00:17:47)
Continuity mistake: The age gap between Eric and Cory decreases as the series progresses. At the start of the show, Cory is in 6th grade and Eric is a high school sophomore, meaning they are four years apart, give or take a few months. By season 3, Cory is in 9th grade (confirmed by dialogue mentioning that Shawn, who is in the same grade as Cory, is 15 years old), and Eric is a senior, leading to an age gap of three years. The first episode of season 4 takes place a couple months after the end of season 3, with Eric and Cory returning from a summer Road Trip, but just two episodes later, Cory mentions that he is in 11th grade, while Eric is still barely out of high school, leading to an age gap of two years.
Shrink It Up - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: When Rocky is saying things that she has been pushed into doing, she mentions the time they danced on the wings of a plane. However they didn't do that until a few episodes later.
Suggested correction: The entire series was set in an alternate history of sorts, so most, if not all, historical "inaccuracies" cannot be regarded as mistakes.
