Visible crew/equipment: When The Patrol is on its way, one of the boats tilts over and some soldiers are screaming they can't swim. At some point during that scene there is a wide shot with in the background the other side and a skylight. Right in the middle of that shot on the other side you can see a man walking away wearing a orange vest or jacket of some sorts. Might be the pyro-guy. (00:33:15)
Visible crew/equipment: Neelix says to Chakotay 'I don't understand, it's right here,' referring to the dilithium ore. As soon as the camera changes to show him walk into the large cavern, a boom microphone is quickly pulled away from covering his face. (00:07:45)

When Lois stops the car to see if he is okay, virtually the entire crew is reflected in the side of the car - the camera operator, the man with the boom mike, and several others. (00:12:15)

Visible crew/equipment: By the car exit of the Mokihana, both in coach Lum's car and in the Ferrari you can see the reflection of people standing by to film the scene. (00:44:10)
Visible crew/equipment: When Diana and Lydia are walking in the mothership corridor there are two things to look out for. When Lydia first starts talking a section of the whitescreen appears in the top right of the picture. Then a couple of seconds later the shadow of the camera appears on the door to her left. Visible crew/equipment: When the Piranatrons are hanging off Stormblaster (a jeep), a driver wearing all black can be seen driving it. A Stormblaster is supposed to be able to control itself.
Visible crew/equipment: In the first run through of Sydney driving into the dock in the car, the cable being used to pull the car is visible if you look closely in the long shot. (00:01:50)
