Continuity mistake: After Rackham enters the room and tells Cage to step away, Cage starts to walk to the door and Rackham is standing there with his arms crossed. In the next shot, his hands are down by his side.
Continuity mistake: When Jemma, Skye, and Ward are at the Academy it is daytime. When Seth and Donnie are in the parking garage it is night time briefly. Then, it becomes daytime when they flash back to Ward, and remains daytime when they flash to Seth and Donnie.
Continuity mistake: In early versions of the episode, Luz is shown wearing her Hexside school uniform before she even receives it. This mistake spoils the ending. Fortunately, it was fixed later on. (00:00:01 - 00:00:40)
The Blessing of Many Fractures - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: During the fight with Zhou Cheng, Cheng does a forward flip and kicks Danny, making him stumble backwards. In the shot of Cheng lying on the ground, Danny is holding his stomach. In the shot immediately afterwards, he's holding his chest.
Continuity mistake: The explosion that scars Harvey Dent and creates Two-Face is shown to have scarred and colored him light blue on the entire left half side of his face and neck. However, when he is first shown in the hospital, the parts of the left side of Harvey's face that aren't covered in bandages are still normal, as is his entire neck. (00:19:35)

Continuity mistake: When Spider-Man is battling the X-Men, he shoots webs at all of them, which they remove. Later when Spider-Man is in Xavier's study with the X-Men, Gambit is shown removing a piece of webbing from his right arm, even though he had already removed it earlier. (00:02:15 - 00:04:30)
Continuity mistake: When the mother and father are frozen in the park, the dad is holding a napkin up near his chin; but in the subsequent shots his hand is on his lap.
The Last of the Cybernauts ...?? - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: At the start, Kane crashes an Austin Westminster - the burnt out wreck seen in his lair is a Wolseley 6/99.
Death by Resurrection - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: McBride and Ryan are driving through town in heavy traffic. When the shot cuts (and their conversation continues uninterrupted), not only does the rear view mirror disappear, but an obvious rear screen projection changes their locale to a country road with trees and no traffic at all. Triumvirate of Terror! - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: Back at their kingdom, Wonder Woman and her mom are sitting and talking as they watch the fighting before them. The mother turns her head towards Wonder Woman in a close up and says "Oh please. It's just one little contest." It then changes to a wide shot again and suddenly her mom is looking straight forward. Continuity mistake: As the narrator is saying that Superman disguises himself as Clark Kent, you see Superman standing there perfectly still and the image fades into him having on civilian clothes and turning into Clark Kent. As the image fades, his jaw becomes thinner when he is Clark Kent, despite him being the same person. (00:02:10)
Iron Forged in Fire: Part One - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: After the plane explosion, a scene six months later is shown with Tony lying in bed with his chest piece now in that keeps him alive. The first shot shows it with some wire or designs of some sort protruding around it along his chest. Some of the ends overlap with the border of the central round piece. It then cuts to a closer view of the device as Tony’s alarm sounds, and suddenly the pieces do not overlap the circle at all, and some of them slightly change shape and position. (00:06:35)
Let Sleeping Zords Lie - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: Kendall is wearing black heeled boots when she is fighting the aliens, switches to black sneakers when she lands after being thrown and has the boots again when she stands back up.
Continuity mistake: When Ruby volunteers to search the barn while infiltrating the Ruby Squad, she throws up her hands, revealing both palms and the fact that her gemstone, which should be on her left palm, is missing in this shot.
Borealis 301 - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: Near the end, Tom takes out the cipher key that was previously written on. But the cipher key used in the close up shots is different than the original. The words are spaced out and crossed out differently.
Continuity mistake: Gar enters a room and leaves the door open. Throughout the whole mirror scene the door is also open both when the camera looks at him and when the camera points at the mirror. However, when he is about to leave the room he needs to open the door as it has been closed inbetween us looking at Gar in the mirror and looking at him normally. (00:17:50 - 00:18:35)
Starscream VS Rainbow Dash - S1-E17
Continuity mistake: Rainbow Dash catches Star Scream in a tornado and spins him around so fast in his jet form that you see one of his wings break off and fall away. He plummets to the ground and transforms into his robot form and begins to beg for his life. He suddenly has both wings again at this point.
Continuity mistake: In her rooftop fight with Tommy, Batwoman opens with a batarang, then sends him face down kicking him from behind. They wrestle some, and the railgun goes off once. In a wide shot when she punches him in the midsection a few times while he is trapped in an armlock, you can see the gun on the ground. He had it in hand in the previous shot and is still in his possession later. (00:35:00)
Continuity mistake: One of the men attempting to kill Walker holds up his AK pattern rifle after one of his crew members is killed. If you look at the rifle, you can see that the safety is on and as a result, would not fire if he squeezed the trigger. Before and after this shot, the safety is seen in the off position. (00:22:55)
Continuity mistake: When Lieutenant Narissa Rizzo appears in holo form in the last scene of the episode, the two pins of her rank on her right breast initially are attached together (as if the two magnets have been placed too close together and ended up being pulled to one another). During the first part of the scene they go back and forth between being joined and separated. (00:40:45)
