Audio problem: When the car breaks down, Bethany slams the car's seat back to its upright position. Cut to the frontal shot and you can hear the click of the car seat as it goes backwards, even though you could hear and see the seat being put back.
Audio problem: When Jennings finally reaches the machine and tries to see his future, before fixing it, we see him activating the machine. There are seven clicks as he flips on the switches at his right hand, however, there are only six switches.
Audio problem: When Patrick Bateman is exercising and watching The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, the audio does not match up with the actual film. (00:37:05)
Audio problem: When Charles Travis meets Jeffrey by the river bank, Jeffrey is heard speaking but his mouth doesn't match what he says. (00:04:30)
Audio problem: Buddy drives a manual truck, but when he goes around a corner, we can hear the truck's gears changing. Buddy's arm stays glued out the window, so he can't be changing gears.
Audio problem: Hotel room scene; after assessing the state of a shirtless Cross' ribs, Kate says "At least now the FBI know who they are looking for." Most of the sentence is pronounced off-screen, but it begins with Ashley Judd with her mouth shut. (01:14:35)
Audio problem: Near the beginning, after the FBI arrives, the bad guys chase an African American guy out of his home past a dog that is barking. We can hear the dog barking, but its mouth is not moving.
Audio problem: After Taylor's been hit Dr. Galen says "he's lost a lot of blood", but his mouth is not moving.
Audio problem: After the Gluttony murder, both detectives drive to the forensic and have a chat. The audio is slightly out of sync with their lips. Spanish DVD release. Fixed in the Blu-Ray edition.
Audio problem: When Farley traps The Shadow in the water tank, he declares that "I'm going to be a king! A king!" He says the second "A king!" without moving his mouth.
Audio problem: At the police station, Helen and Jake are talking. When the camera is on Jake, Helen says her lines but her mouth and the words are out of sync.
Audio problem: During the scene right after Anton runs into the scarecrows in his house only to find out they are his deceased mom and dad, you see him run out to his porch and begin throwing up into his bushes. You can hear the sounds of liquid hitting the bushes, but you see nothing coming out of his mouth (there is enough light in the film to determine this).
Audio problem: During the dinner scene when Poirot finds an eel in his plate, the quartet plays a song in perfect classical music, but they are using instruments typical of the local folklore. A rebec does not sound like a violin. (01:42:55)
Audio problem: When Carrie Fisher and David Soul make out in Trieste, a performer at the local restaurant is supposed to be singing the popular Italian song "Torna a Surriento", but his lips barely even move and it's self-evident that he's not the one singing. (00:11:30)
Audio problem: In the boiler room, Blore responds to Lombard saying "I still wanna be a living idiot." In the next shot, Stanley Holloway's lips are moving with no sound before Shirley Eaton's arrival. (01:00:00)

Audio problem: When people waited for the ghost and left, Velma says, "Let's give it a chance, Ben." But Daphne's lips are moving.
Audio problem: In the scene when Grandma is at the tournament (but not yet skiing), in the cuts when the band isn't visible, if you listen closely, the lead singer isn't singing. (01:05:05)
Audio problem: When Bourne is fighting Desh, he is into a display cabinet, breaking the glass. During the short sequence when they are fighting up against the cabinet, a large piece of glass falls but does not make a breaking sound, presumably indicating that it was missed during sound editing.
Audio problem: Towards the end of the film when the sergeant is directing the police choir, their mouths are not moving in sync with what they are heard singing.
