In this shot the light fixture hangs flush with the ceiling under a decorative medallion around the base. Continuity mistake: At the dinner scene at Bilbo's house, just before Bofur throws the egg at Bombur's mouth, Fili is seen sitting next to Bombur. Yet as Bombur catches the egg, Ori is now sitting where Fili was sitting.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, the Golden Tickets are placed over the upside-down chocolate bars, meaning that the tickets are actually on the bottom, but later when the children find the tickets, they are now on top of the bars.
Continuity mistake: After the riot in the streets of Buffalo, Bruce meets up with God again in the Omni Presents building. They discuss how everything is going wrong. At the close-up shot of Bruce's face when he says, "What do I do now?" the frame is flipped. You can tell this because his hair is parted on the wrong side and his nose looks different. (01:15:20)
Continuity mistake: When Jingle, Jangle, and Mrs. Claus pay a visit to Mother Nature, Mother Nature calls her sons beside her - Snow Miser and Heat Miser. She then turns to Snow Miser and asks him to allow a little snow fall in the South, and then turns to his brother, Heat Miser, and asks to allow just "one Spring day at the North Pole." The words are correct dialog, but she should have said each of those lines to the OTHER brother. (00:39:40)
Continuity mistake: After Evangeline has left with Aunt Adelaide, Nanny McPhee enters the children's room, and as she and Chrissie walk to the bed they pass Eric's, Lily's and Tora's beds, with the bare wood floor at the center - there is no rug. Continuity mistake: Strange is at home, looking for help on a video chat. His friend says no, and in his rage he sweeps almost everything off the table including the Microsoft Surface laptop. Christine enters with food, we cut back, and the area of the table to his left, which was totally clear a second ago, now has several pieces of paper on it and the laptop with a closed lid. A few moments and cuts later, the laptop is in perfect condition on the table with lid open.
Continuity mistake: Just before Flynn cuts off Rapunzel's hair, there is a shot from behind him and he reaches up with his right hand to push her hair behind her ear. His arm is visible up to his forearm and the shackle is nowhere in sight. However, in the next, wide shot, the shackle is suddenly up around his wrist. (01:01:20)
Continuity mistake: Right at the beginning, a little girl does a somersault and her hat falls off. In the next shot as she's running, she has her hat back on.
Continuity mistake: When Elton and John Reid are kissing in the cupboard John's hand keeps changing between shots. John's hand rolls down Elton's chest, then the next shot it's on Elton's cheek, the next shot he takes his hand away, then the next shot his hand is by Elton's mouth and Elton pretends to bite John's thumb.
Continuity mistake: When Danielle is with Gustave, she walks behind the four-paneled privacy screen and tosses her dress over it. In the following shots, the dress hangs over either the second panel from her left or second panel from her right, depending on the shot. (00:22:15)
Continuity mistake: When Barbara and Diana first meet, the papers Barbara is holding change positions. When the co-worker comes looking for Barbara, papers are sticking out of the briefcase and then gone in other shots.
Continuity mistake: When Kuzco and Yzma make a dive for the potion bottle, Yzma is turned into a cat simply by landing on the potion bottle. This suggests that a person only needs to touch the potion in order to be affected. However, when Kronk and Yzma are serving Kuzco dinner and are trying to avoid poisoning themselves, Kronk pours his potion drink on himself and is not affected.
Continuity mistake: When Hellboy is walking at one point, holding his gun up in his left, gloved hand (just after one of the agents has said "This place is like swiss cheese"), watch the frame. It switches suddenly so his right hand (the stone one) is his left, and he's holding the gun in his "right." (00:59:40)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where they are in the all you can eat restaurant, when PaPa Klump farts into the candle causing the curtain to catch fire, when they first show the curtain after the 2 men put out the fire, there is clearly a burn mark on the edge of the curtain. Continuity mistake: Before killing the dragon, Baby Doll is holding her sword with her right hand. But when she jumps up and kills the dragon she is suddenly holding it with her left hand.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Aladdin is talking to Jasmine in front of the mirror the jewelled flower is in a vase with a real flower when the monkey under the table takes the real flower and the scene cuts back and shows the vase with both flowers. Seconds later the vase is completely empty.
Continuity mistake: When the members of the League are attacked at Dorian's home, the fight is accompanied throughout by a blizzard of paper falling from a height, yet hardly any of the books have been disturbed on their shelves. (00:28:40)
Continuity mistake: When Elliot's the basketball player, when he scores the slam-dunk and breaks the headboard, he breaks the headboard after the slam as he bounces/hangs off the headboard. But in the replay he breaks the headboard as he makes the slam and then bounces/hangs off the headboard. (00:49:10)
Continuity mistake: The father tears the children's advert for a nanny up into 8 pieces, but when it comes out of the chimney it's in far more bits.
