Visible crew/equipment: When a gremlin attacks the Mum from a Christmas tree, and the tree falls on top of her, you can clearly see a member of the crew with eyeglasses, wearing a red shirt, standing behind the tree pushing it forward on top of her. (00:54:30)

Visible crew/equipment: In the first scene of the Christmas party when Takagi steps out of one the offices and greets a couple of his guests, the camera pans left to show the orchestra and other guests. A huge shadow of the camera and its operator is being shown on the back wall, then the stage light gets moved to light a different area and the shadow is gone. (00:02:20)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Buddy and Michael are leaving the school, a crew member is visible in the bottom left of the shot. At first, he is just standing there, but he then tries to hide inside a doorway. (00:52:00)

Visible crew/equipment: Towards the beginning of the movie when Ralphie's dad is in the basement fixing the furnace and the entire family is staring at the door, you need to keep an eye on the left side of the screen. There is a crewmember in the family room, who is on the screen by mistake. You don't see the person right away, but it is in that sequence when you see the mom in the shot, then you can see the leg of the person very quickly in the background.
Visible crew/equipment: In the opening shot, as the camera moves down the building, in the windows you can clearly see the cameraman & camera on the hoist/crane. (00:01:00)

Visible crew/equipment: Towards the the end, when Scrooge wakes up in his bedroom on Christmas day and is elated to know he is still alive, he goes over and looks in the mirror twice. Both times you can see someone in the mirror reflection in the background, possibly holding a script.
Visible crew/equipment: Just before Clark goes down the hill on the saucer sled you see the view down the hill. If you look carefully at the right of the screen you can see two pinkish cables stretch into the distance. These are the pyrotechnics that make the explosions Clark sets off. You can see it clearly on the DVD version, but not too clearly in the VHS one. (00:50:15)
Visible crew/equipment: When Mary leans across the drugstore counter to whisper in George's bad ear, there is a small piece of tape on the edge of the counter right in front of her hand, presumably to show the actors where to position themselves for the shot (the tape isn't visible in the other shots showing that same section of the counter). Visible crew/equipment: Just after Kevin locks Prescott in the freezer, the shot tightens up on the window and you can see a slightly distorted reflection of the cameraperson in the door below the window. It's quite hard to miss as the shot tightens.
Visible crew/equipment: When the two boys are in front of the Grinch's front door, a big monster comes out of the front door, scaring them. The boys then jump off the side of the rocks, and a cable attached to them is perfectly visible.
Visible crew/equipment: When Kris is singing "Put one foot in front of the other", he opens a door through the snow and walks through it. If you look inside of it you can see a staple holding the two set pieces together.
Visible crew/equipment: When Harry and Perry are walking up the path at night, you can see some shadows on the trees that are going in the opposite direction.
Visible crew/equipment: When Willie is walking past the cars, trying the keys, there is a black car in which stage lights can be seen. It is not the sun because of the angle they are at.
