Other mistake: When the thresher blows for the second time, Mr. Ages slides down it into a large chamber into a basket. When he falls into it, he is translucent for a second.

Continuity mistake: In the first shot of the children and Auntie Shrew washing clothes, one of the bubbles in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen starts out blue, but then flashes red.

Continuity mistake: The Brisby home has a round window on the side of it. But when the rats are moving it near the end of the film, there is no window at all.

Trivia: The main character, Mrs. Brisby, is called Mrs. Frisby in the book the based the film. The name Mrs. Brisby had to be used because the trademark for the toy "Frisbee" was taken.

Continuity mistake: When Despereaux fights the cat in the rat arena, he hides behind a blue ball of yarn. When the cat hits the yarn, causing Despereaux and the yarn to fly in the air, in the next shot, the ball of yarn vanishes and never reappears again.

Continuity mistake: When Kris gives the children toys, one of them says, "What about the Meisterburger?" Kris than says, "What about him? I'll save him a big red yo-yo!" and pulls out a red yo-yo. However, when he hands it to the Meisterburger, it is not red, but is yellow and has blue and red stripes.

Visible crew/equipment: When Kris is singing "Put one foot in front of the other", he opens a door through the snow and walks through it. If you look inside of it you can see a staple holding the two set pieces together.

Audio problem: When the kid's dad and Santa are singing about believing in Santa their mouth movements do not match the music well.

The Polar Express (2004)

Continuity mistake: During the scene when the Polar Express slides across the ice and the conductor is telling the train controllers to head for the tracks, the distance between the train and the tracks keeps changing.

Monster House (2006)

Factual error: The house slides down the hill and breaks apart when Chowder pulls it down. It completely breaks apart. The furnace would have been destroyed, but the house rebuilds itself later on.
