Corrected entry: When Marty is watching his other self talking to his parents, Biff's shadow can be seen on the wall. He is waiting for his cue.

Correction: The only time Biff's shadow is visible is a split second before he comes on camera. This is quite natural, as he is walking up to Marty at the time. It might ruin the surprise a little, but there is no reason why his shadow should not be there.

Corrected entry: As the train approaches the DeLorean there is no wooden scaffold to hold the rubber tyres acting as a buffer, yet in the next shot a few seconds later, there is a wooden scaffold on the cow catcher.

Correction: The next shot is after a cut, in which time Doc could have mounted the (obviously home-made) scaffold on the cow catcher.

Corrected entry: The arrow stuck in the side of the DeLorean is perpendicular to the car, but that side wasn't facing the Indians during the chase so they couldn't have hit it.

Correction: There are several times during the chase where you see the Indians ride up on both sides of the DeLorean, including the driver's side. The mistakes, as noted elsewhere, is that the car after all these shots jumps to a point in front of the Indians, and that the arrow appears out of nowhere, but yes, there are occasionally Indians who pass the car on the driver's side.

Corrected entry: When Lorraine is telling Marty, "That was very interesting .... music.", watch her lips. Her mouth and the words don't match.

Correction: I just watched that shot repeatedly, and saw nothing wrong with her mouth movements. They matched the words just fine.

Dragonslayer (1981)

Corrected entry: Galen tries to save the Princess from the dragon and is confronted by Tyrian. The two do battle and when their weapons collide there are "lightsaber" like effects. Galen's spear was augmented with magic so it is understandable that his weapon would be special. However, Tyrian's weapon also makes the special effects even when he uses his plain old sword against the ground.

Correction: Two possible answers to this: Either Tyrians sword also had been enhanced with magic at some point in his life, or some of the magic in Galens spear "jumped over" to Tyrian's sword during the fight.

Viva Las Vegas - S5-E1

Corrected entry: In the teaser before the theme song, we see Lance Frazer sobbing with the bath water running. Normally, people don't run baths and then go gambling. The owner of the casino said that he had serious B.O., suggesting that Lance hadn't washed. Therefore, we can assume that he has already come back from the casino. However, he didn't lose his money on the way back, it was stolen after his death. He wouldn't be crying and running a bath at the same time. What would he be crying about? It just doesn't make sense.

Correction: What, he could not be crying about something else? This entry moves WAY into the land of speculation and assumption about what people should or could do in a given situation (of which you only see a short instance).

Blade II (2002)

Corrected entry: Blade had his blood drained in the first and the second movie. He also used a fresh source of blood to get well again.

Correction: Too obvious to be considered trivia; it is plain for everyone who has seen the movies.

South Park (1997)

Christian Rock Hard - S7-E9

Corrected entry: In the scene in which they are taking the photo for the album cover, Butters is on the left, Token is on the right. However, when the lady at the Christian festival is buying the CD, it shows a close-up and Butters is on the right and Token is on the left.

Correction: First of all, as we can see, they take several pictures to use as potential album covers (including one where we just see their heads together, which is never seen again). It is possible that the boys moved around and changed places for a second or third photo, which was later chosen to be their album cover. Secondly, even if they had only taken one photograph standing in those specific poses, with a good photo editing program it would take about 5 seconds to make Token and Butters switch places, if they decided it would look better that way.

Corrected entry: When Ru'afo is talking to Admiral Dougherty and Captain Picard in his ready room his face is split open in anger. You see some blood coming out but it's not much and drips down. In the next shot the blood is suddenly all over his nose... (00:45:50)

Correction: Not true. When Ru'afo first starts bleeding, he wipes the first drops off with his fingers. Later, there are several shots where his face is not shown (from behind him, close-ups of Picard etc.), and when we again see Ru'afo's face, there is a small drollop of blood next to his nose, exactly where it would be if his cut had continued bleeding and dripped off the ridge above his eye. The blood is never "all over his nose", it is in fact never on his nose at all.

Corrected entry: In the scene where Maggie is using saved coins because she has no other money, she dumps out the coin rolls and you can see that they are "props." The coin rolls she has are the sealed type that can only be produced by a machine and not those that are produced when you roll coins from a coin jar. She would have had to purchase the rolls directly from a bank or other vendor to achieve this and she clearly did not roll them herself.

Correction: The submitter has included the correction him/herself - Maggie bought the coin rolls "from a bank or other vendor". It is a strange thing to do, but it is possible for her to get and keep her money like this.

Robocop (1987)

Corrected entry: You can see many small pieces of dry ice in the Toxic Waste that pours out of the truck to give the liquid a steam effect.

Correction: We don't know precisely what was in the tank of toxic waste. The small, steaming chunks could have been a part of the chemicals thrown in the waste, and not necessarily dry ice.

Men in Black II (2002)

Corrected entry: When J and K are watching the movie about the light of Zartha, the story is told differently from the way it was at the start of the movie. One point is when K says "Laurana", the Narrator didn't say it like that at the start.

Correction: Why should he say it exactly the same? He was there, while the Narrator retold what was believed to be a regular, half-baked UFO story. K would get the story and the name right, the TV segment was a poorly made, cheesy reenactment with bad special effects.

Daredevil (2003)

Corrected entry: Since Daredevil does not have superhuman powers, he, like Batman, would not be able to fall off buildings and land the way he does (same for Electra and Bullseye). The leaps he takes and the landings he manages in this movie are just impossible for a mere human, even if he is a super hero. Balance has nothing to do with it.

MGD

Correction: First of all, Daredevil does have superpowers. His 360 degree radar sense (depicted as a 'sonar' in the movie') that enables him to sense everything around him, as well as his superhuman hearing, smell, touch and taste. Secondly, this entry falls into the "suspension of disbelief"-category. If one can accept that a blind person "sees" objects by how sound vibrates off them, and another can throw a straightened paper clip as a deadly weapon, it is not a long stretch to accept that they are able to take long falls. In addition, DD has more than exceptional balance, but is also a master acrobat and martial artist, trained by a blind ninja master in a fictitious art emphasising toughness and acrobatics. All this makes him capable of impossible stunts.

Twotall

Corrected entry: In the first sequence with the "Rapping Robins", when the background singers/dancers go to form a line with their hands crossed in front (kind of ballet-esque) the first and third Robins miss hands and struggle to latch together.

Correction: Just because someone is in a movie, it does not mean they will have perfect coordination and motor skills. Regular humans (like the Robins are supposed to be) make mistakes like this all the time in real life.

Show generally

Corrected entry: For a computer that's easily a decade old, the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 keys (those used to input the numbers) have held up remarkably well. Not worn down at all compared to the others, which are supposed to have gone unused.

Correction: It is possible to replace keys on a keyboard, for instance when they have become very worn. And since the bunker is well-stocked with all kinds of tools and spare equipment, it is not unlikely that this has happened.

Scream 3 (2000)

Corrected entry: In the bathroom scene with Sidney, if they were so worried about her safety they should have sent bodyguards in with her.

Correction: Character decision, not a movie mistake. They should, but they didn't.

Twotall

Corrected entry: When Geordi sprays a crewmember with his extinguisher and says, "We need a medic down here!", his lips don't move. (01:07:55)

Correction: He says "Get me a medic over here!", and while he is saying this, the camera is panning down from his face to the injured crewman. Geordis mouth is only in shot for a fraction of a second, while saying "Get", and then it is open enough to utter the word.

Corrected entry: When Charlie and Irene approach the cow on the street they act as it had already started decaying. However, the cow is still alive. (00:29:50)

NancyFelix

Correction: They never do anything to indicate that the cow is decomposing, they just hold their noses and complain that it smells bad. This can have several different reasons, such that the cow is sick (which would also explain why it was lying in the middle of the road), or that it had been lying in something smelly.

Daredevil (2003)

Correction: Too obvious to be considered trivia.

Daredevil (2003)

Corrected entry: Why does Matt Murdock carry the identical baton he uses as Daredevil? With it's bright red handle and gold insignia wouldn't it make more sense to have two different styles, even if he wants both to be able to do the same thing? That's how Ben Urich figured out who he was. That's kind of like Batman using his utility belt to hold his jeans up.

Correction: This is a character decision, and not a movie mistake. One reason could be that Matt felt a need to accessorize for the gala event and brought the fancier-looking cane. He never expected to lose it or for it to be closely examined by anyone else. (Who would take the cane from a blind man?)
