Continuity mistake: Frank and Henry are up late, 3am, and, talking about how his late wife Mary never wanted to see her youngest go into the Family Business. Henry says how proud Mary was in the day of Jamie's graduation. But Mary was already dead by the pilot, when Jamie graduated.
Suggested correction: The graduation Frank and Henry are talking about is Jamie's graduation from Harvard, not from the police academy.
Continuity mistake: Near The End of the episode Frank Reagan pulls up to the house of the woman who has been scamming New Yorkers with the fake 911 charity. Immediately before he arrives she is putting suitcases in the trunk of her car. As he pulls up the suitcases in the trunk are different.
Continuity mistake: Frank is talking to Garret in his office. A close up shot shows him sitting at his desk with his elbows on it. A wider angle shot shows him sitting up straight. Next shot shows him with his elbows on the desk again.
Continuity mistake: Danny and Jamie are at the pistol range shooting targets. The vantage point from down range shows them both shooting tight shot groups. However, when they are finished shooting, they hold up their targets; their shot groups are not as tight as the down range perspective. (00:34:01)
Continuity mistake: Danny and the ESU enter the warehouse basement to find Bobby, and when they start to return fire, the first guy they shoot knocks over the white plastic lawn chair (beside the recliner) as he goes down. Then, in the next shot facing the door, that white lawn chair is upright (not the yellow table chairs), but in the next shot it's lying on the floor again. (00:32:40)
Continuity mistake: After the accident, Baez has a scar on her left cheek. However, during the raid, the scar moves to her right cheek and back to her left cheek. (00:27:12 - 00:49:32)
Milestones - S9-E12
Continuity mistake: Jamie is arresting a subject after he drops a knife. Jamie kicks the knife away from the subject and it lands next to the brown box and under the red wording on the box. In the next frame, the knife is now just behind Jamie's right knee. (00:05:10)
Friends in High Places - S10-E8
Continuity mistake: The Chinese food containers on Eddie and Jamie's table change positions, and the quantity of containers also changes. (00:18:08)
Continuity mistake: Near the episode's end, Danny gets into a shootout with Tommy in a house. The first two shots from Danny go into the wall. The next two shots, you don't see where they go as Danny runs to a different location. On Danny's next two shots, the wall doesn't have holes, and then two holes show up. With Danny out of bullets, he attacks Tommy from behind. When they wrestle, there are four holes now in the wall.
Mind Games - S9-E3
Continuity mistake: At the dinner table, after Edie plays her prank, the camera is opposite her. It's behind Danny and his sons. She sits down and puts asparagus on her plate. Two seconds later, the camera is now behind Pop. She picks up asparagus to put it on her plate, which is empty.
Continuity mistake: During the family meal, Jaime takes a bite of food, then immediately in the next shot, both arms are down, and he is talking and not chewing.
Continuity mistake: Part way into the episode they show the front of Jamie's Ford police car and the car number on the front plate, but when they pull up to the court house to talk to his sister, it's a Chevrolet police car with a different number on the front. (00:09:05 - 00:09:40)
Continuity mistake: While Danny and Waylon Gates are with Rodriguez at the safe house, showing him the photograph of his daughters, during this scene there is no picture hanging on the wall beside the door, but as they lead Rodriguez out in the last shot of the scene, a picture suddenly appears on that wall. Parenthood - S2-E14
Continuity mistake: In his office with Garrett, Frank reaches for his cup of coffee twice, and moves his foil-wrapped breakfast sandwich from the top of a stack of blue folders to the top of a newspaper. However, in the next shot, the egg sandwich is back on top of the stack of blue folders. (00:06:15)
Confessions - S7-E9
Continuity mistake: We can see Jamie driving a Ford CVPI with plates reading 7554, however when he appears in the following shot in the court, where he was going to in the previous scene, he's driving a Chevy Impala with plates 61795. I am not sure, but I think this error happened in the previous seasons as well. (00:09:08 - 00:09:48)
Continuity mistake: Jamie runs to a car which has crashed and has a light pole across its roof. The light pole disappears in the closeups as Jamie struggles to free the driver.
Continuity mistake: The Reagan men sit at the table for a drink. Jamie's glass moves towards/away from him in different shots. (00:23:15)
Continuity mistake: Toward The End of the episode when the older mobster is walking from his car down a narrow alleyway toward home, he passes under a low hanging outdoor light fixture. When he is accosted by the other mobster with a gun they are standing with the light fixture between them. There is no movement, but when the police arrive, the light fixture is well behind the guy with the gun.
Continuity mistake: While Danny and Baez are questioning Damian about Mason's whereabouts, Damian's right handcuff switches to the opposite way depending on the angle of the shots. Either the single metal bar faces up or the double bar faces up, which is quite impossible to change when it's locked around his wrist.
Fresh Start - S6-E15
Continuity mistake: When Erin is in the ladies' room walking toward the door, she finds Anthony "lurking" in the hall, and Erin's eyeglasses which are hanging from her crew-neck top go from facing her right side, to her left side, then back to her right side, between shots. (00:31:55)
