Cloudy with a Chance of Murder - S5-E2

Corrected entry: During Castle's time with the hot girl from the interview, just before Beckett arrives, he makes a comment saying that he found out who the killer is by something the girl said. Only problem is that he really didn't. When she said, after he asked how one guy got away, she responded with the line "I can assure you, it had nothing to do with me", before opening her dress and straddling Castle. By this time Beckett overhears them and breaks in, meaning that there wasn't enough time for the girl to actually tell him who the guy was. This also wasn't brought up or mentioned earlier, so Castle did not find out who the killer was; there's no way.

Correction: Whether or not Castle was able to simply deduce Haxton was the one man who resisted Coterra or she said it was Haxton, she had plenty of time to say one word before Beckett breaks in. In fact, when Beckett is at Castle' door she hears muffled voices, so there was a lot we didn't hear from the phone call to busting in.

That was Castle trying to get her off. He was resisting her you know. Why would she say "oh, by the way it was Haxton" as she was trying to seduce him?

After Hours - S5-E8

Plot hole: Beckett and Castle lose their cell phones and wallets and are being chased by the mob. Beckett steals a cell phone from a car but can't use it, since it is locked and then shut off remotely. Any cell phone can always dial 911, whether locked or blocked from service.

Little Girl Lost - S1-E9

Beckett: [Growing weary of Castle and Sorenson trying to one-up each other.] Oh, for god's sake, why don't you both just drop your pants and get it over with?
Castle: I'm game.

Reality Star Struck - S5-E14

Question: Before this episode, there was a Christmas episode "Secret Santa" and then there was "Significant Others" with Meredith showing up to take care of Alexis. In that episode, Beckett mentions choosing the movie Valentine's Day for a date night, causing her to lose a turn. In this episode, Castle and Beckett are celebrating their first Valentine's Day together. So, are they celebrating Valentine's Day twice? This wasn't too long after the Christmas episode and when Beckett made her movie choice, no snow was on the ground. Is this a mistake or is this really their first Valentine's Day together?

Answer: The networks are now having winter breaks. A mid season end of new episodes, when they come back after the new year, it picks up as if several months have gone by. Beckett suggested Valentine's Day as a "chick flick" to watch as she is moved in. Also some episodes are not scheduled to air in order.
