Correction: This is a deliberate mistake and a tribute to the original Rocky Horror film, where the shape of the heart changes. Most people think this error was deliberate in the original film too.

Corrected entry: Leslie's office has a town seal on the wall. That seal shows 1816. All other town seals in the show state 1817.

Correction: The seal behind Leslie's desk is an Indiana seal, which was admitted to the US in 1816. It's not a Pawnee seal.

By the Book - S2-E4

Corrected entry: While Peter is waiting for the elevator for lunch, which is occupied by Mozzy and Neal, the numbers on Peter's floor change from 20 to 18 to 21.

Correction: The numbers are changing because of the elevator. There Are two signs, one above the elevator - that shows what floor the elevator is on. And the other sign is on the right, that shows what floor you're standing on. So no, it's not a mistake - it confused me too at first.

Basic Crisis Room Decorum - S6-E3

Corrected entry: When we see the Dean's phone contacts, they're suppose to be in alphabetical order, but "Aisha" comes after "Andres" and before "Annie." It should be before "Andres." And "Albino?" is after "Freckles."

Bishop73

Correction: On many phones you can reorder contacts to match the frequency with which you contact them.

Show generally

Corrected entry: When Mellie is being attacked, Dewitt calls and (via Agent Ballard's answer machine) "activates" her, then "de-activates" her, which is fine until Mellie or Agent Ballard decide to listen to his messages. (00:43:20)

Correction: Given that Dollhouse staff have broken into Ballard's apartment in the past, placing surveillance cameras and so forth, it seems highly likely that they would have made sure that such messages could be deleted if necessary. Given that modern answering machines can generally be remotely controlled down the phoneline, all they'd need to do would be to take a note of his PIN number.

Lie to Me picture

Gone - S3-E12

Corrected entry: Season 3, Episode 12: "Gone" - Collette Bradley tells the Lightman Group that someone would need a spare key to get into her car and kidnap Kimberly. This implies that she locked the doors of her car. But if you watch the scene again, she doesn't lock the car. No action towards locking the car is taken and no sound is heard of an automatic locking system.

THGhost

Correction: Collette told a lot of lies in conjunction with this one, so it doesn't stand to reason that this could be considered a plot hole. Everything she said was to try to avoid telling them that she left the baby unattended, and even then, was afraid to give the whole story.

As I Lay Dying - S2-E22

Corrected entry: At the end of the episode, Katherine brings the cure to Damon and Elena. But she shouldn't have been able to enter the house; Elena hadn't invited her in since the house deed was put in her name.

Correction: Katherine was able to go to the house because the seal didn't work anymore after Elena died in The Sacrifice.

The Limey - S4-E20

Corrected entry: In S04-E09 (Kill Shot) we see Beckett in her bra looking in a mirror at the scar on her chest where she was shot. Yet when she goes undercover in this episode to a cocktail party in a low cut dress, the scar is gone.

Correction: Since the dress was low-cut, it is a possibility that Beckett simply put make-up on to cover the scar. It would stand out at the party so maybe she would've decided to just cover it up.

Correction: She does say Hayley in the scene.

FlashForward picture

Show generally

Corrected entry: When they travel to Utah, the Asian guy has the same vision as the female officer (none) as to believing they would die. Later on, when they enter the warehouse, the female office dies. The Asian guy explains to his co-worker that it seemed true and he says that five minutes after sharing his vision with the female officer, she died. When they landed it was bright in the day and when she died it was in the dark of night.

skipp

Correction: It was a figure of speech - he didn't actually mean exactly five minutes. He just meant, very soon after his discussion with her regarding her blank flashforward, she died.

NCIS: Los Angeles picture

Show generally

Corrected entry: In the 1st episode of season 1, they go to rescue a kidnapped girl who they believe is being held by the Manny Cartel. When they show up, G asks "what it would take to storm the place" and Sam answers "a week's planning and a small army." So after attempting to go in undercover, it turns out their identities are known and they have to fight it out. G takes out the head guy while Sam takes down two body guards. That was it, they get the girl and leave. What happened to a secure compound which required an army to take down? I expected some more guys to rush them after the initial shots were fired. (00:32:45 - 00:37:20)

akaibushi

Correction: Not a plot hole, just a mistake in estimation. So Sam clearly gave the enemy more credit than they deserved. Some people might call it hyperbole (a gross exaggeration meant for effect and not meant to be taken literally).

SGU Stargate Universe picture

Show generally

Corrected entry: Season 1, episode 9 "Life": The new crew of Destiny discovered a chair in a previously unexplored section of the ship, that was immediately identified as being similar to the one Colonel O'Neill found that downloaded information directly into his brain (Stargate SG-1, "The Fifth Race" and "Lost City, Part 1"). Colonel O'Neill never encountered a chair such as the one that was discovered aboard Destiny - in fact, the device O'Neill found could best be described as a hole in the wall that encased his head in a helmet to secure him for download. That being the case, how could the crew of Destiny instantly determine the chair's purpose?

rickmurray

Correction: The chair in Antarctica (Lost City Part II and Rising SG:A) is similar enough to the one on board Destiny.

Handshake - S1-E5

Corrected entry: The Blue Rangers turbo blaster has been seen to destroy Grinders but when he shoots it into the pool table, it only forces out Tenaya's robot hand from one of the pockets; it should have blown the table apart.

Correction: The blast the Blue Ranger fires is much smaller than what he usually fires at the Grinders, so it wouldn't have been as destructive.

Correction: First, his name is Broderick. However, he's simply not LeVar's (Freight Train) son. Since Broderick and Cleveland have the same mother, they're still brothers.
