The Long Distance Dissonance - S10-E24

Corrected entry: Dr. Ramona Nowitzki returns and Sheldon introduces her to everyone as if they have never met her but, outside of Amy and Bernadette, they did years ago back in season 2. At the very least Leonard and Penny should remember her. But no-one acts like they do.

Correction: When bringing her to lunch with the other guys, Sheldon specifically says "You may remember Dr. Nowitski" and they reply. They obviously do remember meeting her.

Correction: As the other correction states he introduces her by saying you may remember. Sheldon is also very literal and skeptical of Penny's memory, having had to explain most things for a decade.

The Geology Elevation - S10-E9

Corrected entry: A person wearing a blue shirt is seen poking out behind the refrigerator for a moment when Leonard is talking. (00:12:55)

Correction: That's Raj wearing a blue jacket getting condiments.

The Holiday Summation - S10-E12

Corrected entry: Penny finds a place where they can cut a tree themselves. She states that Leonard let the axe slip from his hands but when the tree slips in the roof, we can see that the tree was cut with a chainsaw by the linear cut on the wood.

Correction: It was a farm that lets people cut down their own tree with an axe, but after you cut it down, there is normally a place at the front where you pay that will give a clean cut with a chainsaw so that the tree goes cleanly into a stand. They also will typically clean up the lower branches for the same reason.

The Military Miniaturization - S10-E2

Corrected entry: When Raj and Howard are trying to decide whether to accept Col. Williams' offer, they can't think of any lawyers to ask for help with potential legal issues; they both seem to be forgetting that they do know a lawyer: Raj's sister Priya.

Correction: Given how things ended with Priya and Leonard, it probably would have been very awkward for both of them. In addition, she knows far more about Indian law than American law.

The Bad Fish Paradigm - S2-E1

Factual error: Raj and Sheldon are watching TV in Raj's apartment and we hear music playing. Sheldon asks if the woman on TV was Aishwarya Rai to which Raj says yes and then they argue about her and Madhuri Dixit. The song playing was from the Bollywood movie Kaho Na Pyar Hai, but neither of them are in the movie - the lead actress was Ameesha Patel. (00:14:50)

The Holographic Excitation - S6-E5

Trivia: In this episode, Sheldon and Amy are trying to decide on couples' themed Halloween costumes. Sheldon is standing in front of the dry erase board. There are 2 columns written on the board. One named "Couples I Like" and the other "Couples You Like." Under the "Couples You Like" column, one of the couples is Blossom and Joey. Blossom is the name of the television character played by Mayim Bialik in the 90s and Joey was one of her brothers.

Question: How come Raj has no problem speaking to his mother, but, when around other women, such as Penny, he immediately stops talking? Also, why does he have to whisper in someone's ear if he wants to ask Penny something?

Answer: Because Raj's selective mutism seems to be caused by women that Raj sees (on some sort of conscious or subconscious level) as a potential sexual partner. An attribute that wouldn't apply to either his sister or mother.
