Audio problem: In the courtroom, after Roy and John defib the patient who was in full arrest, when John's on the Biophone with Rampart, he says, "We've countershocked 400 watt seconds," but as he continues to say, "Scope now shows...," John's mouth is not in sync with those words.
Audio problem: After Johnny gets out of the elevator, Johnny sees a crowd around the treatment room, so Roy tells him that they're interviewing the bank guard who was shot, and when we hear Roy ask, "How'd you make out with the girl from orthopedics," his mouth is saying something different.
Audio problem: After John starts telling Roy about how he and Barbara went to a movie, when Squad 51 is dispatched to 'man unconscious at Observation Park', we see a closeup of Roy in the squad as he puts the gearshift into drive, and then we hear the audio of the ignition being turned on.
Audio problem: When Roy and Johnny are with Dixie in the ER, after all the bikers' violence, Squad 51 is dispatched to 'man possibly trapped' and when we hear Johnny respond, "Squad 51, affirmative," his mouth does not say the word "affirmative", he says something else.
Audio problem: When Station 51 is dispatched to the brushfire, we hear Roy tell Johnny, "Holly Hills, isn't that where all the expensive homes are," but we see that Roy's mouth is saying something entirely different.
Audio problem: When Truck 85 raises the aerial ladder so Roy can get to the boy on the ledge, the aerial apparatus operator tells Roy, "DeSoto, up the ladder," and we hear Roy respond, "Okay, Cap." There are two problems here: first, Roy's mouth movements are not in sync with what we hear, and second, Roy is not responding to 85's captain, he's responding to the aerial apparatus operator. The captain is standing on the ground behind Truck 85.
