The Hitch-Hiker - S1-E16

Corrected entry: Throughout whole episode, Nan's car doesn't have rear-view mirror. But in the very last scene, when she needs to see Hitch-Hiker in back seat, she uses rear-view mirror.

mirtom

Correction: Rather than using a rear-view mirror, she pulls down the visor and sees him in a mirror attached to its top side.

Third From the Sun - S1-E14

Corrected entry: The scientists, having carefully charted their course to Earth, state that it is an 11 million mile trip from their planet. Not likely. Mars is our nearest planetary neighbor, and it's over 34 million miles away at its closest orbital approach. There are no planets any nearer to Earth than Mars. This is one of the very few cases where Rod Serling simply failed to do his astronomy homework. (00:12:30)

Jean G

Correction: The whole point is that a planet used to be 11 million miles away. They blew themselves up, planet and all.

You Drive - S5-E14

Other mistake: When Lillian calls Oliver, she tells him that the car stalled at 3rd and Park - the original scene of the accident. Later, when Oliver goes into his garage in the middle of the night, the car turns on its radio and goes to a news broadcast about the hit-and-run that took place at 3rd and Elm.

The Obsolete Man - S2-E29

[A bomb in Wadsworth's room is seconds from going off, causing the Chancellor to panic].
Chancellor: Please, please let me out. In the name of God, let me out. Let me out! Let me out!
Wadsworth: Yes, Chancellor. In the name of God, I will let you out.

A Game of Pool - S3-E5

Trivia: Johnson's script originally featured an ending in which Jesse loses the game and yet finds himself still alive. Seeing this, Fats explains that he will die "as all second raters die: you'll be buried and forgotten without me touching you. If you'd beaten me, you'd have lived forever." This ending was eventually filmed when this episode was remade in 1989, during the first revival of The Twilight Zone.

Deaths-Head Revisited - S3-E9

Question: When Becker is reading the list of indictments to Lutze, what were indictments four and five? Lutze was screaming so loudly I couldn't hear them.

Answer: #4: That he did personally murder at least 14 (Jews). The last word I couldn't quite hear because of the screams, but I hear an "-oz" sound at the end, so it's an educated guess. #5: That he did sign and put into effect specific orders calling for the gassing and cremating of one million human beings.
