Other mistake: After the shuttle crashes into the Upper New York Bay, the X-Men escape the wreckage and swim up to the surface, with Wolverine being the first one to appear. She witnessed him flying out of a window, and he's a paraplegic. Unless she thinks he somehow catapulted himself out the window, she shouldn't have been so dismissive of his claim.
