Continuity mistake: When Wolverine is slicing off the roof of the car, he is first shown to be running his claws down the center. A couple of shots later, he is cutting a square-shaped hole into the roof, with no tears going down the center. (00:12:17)

Continuity mistake: When Storm is talking to and walking towards Jubilee in the War Room, the TV that everyone was watching is suddenly off, and seems to have disappeared altogether, as no screen is visible. When the shot changes, the TV is back on, and the screen appears to be shorter and wider than first shown. When Xavier is leaving the room, the TV is off again, and the screen like before seems to have vanished. (00:09:16 - 00:10:02)

Continuity mistake: When the Friends of Humanity are attacking the mutant, the amount of spacing between the letters on the sign that says "Burgers" decreases when the shot changes. There is also a man painting a red "M" on the door below the sign with his left hand while holding a paint bucket in his right hand, and he only paints half the letter before the shot changes. When the shot does change, the "M" is fully formed, and the brush and bucket have swapped hands. (00:08:28)

Continuity mistake: When Morph is first blasted by the Sentinels in the flashback, it leaves a small hole in the chest area of his uniform. When Mr. Sinister approaches him, the hole is now much larger, exposing his entire chest and abdomen. (00:07:47)

Continuity mistake: When President Kelly is issuing a pardon to Beast, the lapels of his suit jacket are white. A couple of shots later, they are the same peach color as the rest of the jacket. (00:05:54)
Continuity mistake: When Beast is kissing Carly on the forehead, his left eyebrow goes from being black to blue to black again. (00:20:20)
Continuity mistake: When Graydon Creed is interrogating Carly, their positions in the room are different depending on the shot. When first shown, she is tied to a chair, with a bare wall a few feet to her left. When Wolverine enters the room, he enters through a door that is now on the wall on Carly's left that was previously bare. When Wolverine tells Creed to let her go, they are suddenly right next to a wall on Carly's right. Then when Creed is pointing the gun at Wolverine and for the remainder of the scene, Carly is suddenly facing the door Wolverine came through. (00:15:35 - 00:17:50)
Continuity mistake: When Wolverine is infiltrating the Friends of Humanity's headquarters, and later when he is talking to Graydon Creed in their auditorium, some shots show him wearing a gold wristband on his left wrist, and other times he is not wearing one. (00:06:20 - 00:14:30)
Continuity mistake: When Dr. Bohlson follows Beast out of Carly's room, he closes the door behind him. A couple of shots later, the door is open. The door is then closed again when Bohlson is reentering the room. (00:12:30)
Continuity mistake: When Beast first enters Carly's room at the end of her procedure, there is no window on the door. Later when Carly's father enters, the door now has a window on it. (00:11:05 - 00:12:05)
Continuity mistake: When Dr. Bohlson is starting to remove the bandages around Carly's eyes, he is not wearing a stethoscope. After Beast interrupts the procedure and walks up to Carly, Bohlson is suddenly wearing a stethoscope. (00:11:05)
Continuity mistake: When Dr. Bohlson is cutting through the bandages around Carly's eyes, there is an audible tear, but when he stops cutting and steps away, the bandages are completely intact. (00:11:10)
Continuity mistake: Just before the mirror shatters, Beast's reflection shows him burying his face in his left hand. When the shot changes, it is his right hand. (00:09:55)
Continuity mistake: When Beast throws the book at the mirror, his reflection remains stationary while he himself is walking towards the mirror. (00:09:50)
Continuity mistake: When Beast is looking through the photo album, it reads "Family Photos" on the front cover. When he tosses it to the floor, the "Family Photos" writing has now moved to the back cover. (00:09:35)
Continuity mistake: When Beast first enters Carly's room to tell her he won't be at her operation, she is not wearing any headphones. When the shot changes, she is suddenly wearing some. (00:08:15)
Continuity mistake: The word-plate on the eye clinic director's office door is silver when first shown. A few moments later, it is the same color as the door, and the lettering isn't as bold. (00:07:45)
Continuity mistake: The Friends of Humanity members have patches on the backs of their shirts/vests/overalls that say FOH, but when the two members are checking on Wolverine in the alley, their patches read HOH. (00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: The metal tubes on Wolverine's gloves appear and disappear when he is talking to Jean Grey. (00:04:19 - 00:05:07)
