Time Fugitives: Part 1 - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: When Graydon Creed is testifying, the committee is seated at a table just a few feet behind him. When Beast takes the podium, Creed backs up several paces in line with the podium to almost nearly the wall. He couldn't get that close to the wall without stepping over the table. Continuity mistake: When Bishop is saying he was trying to save lives, the strap running through Gambit's jacket sleeve is colored blue, when it should be the same brown color as the rest of the jacket. His left hand is also bare, despite the fact that he had been showing his gloves throughout the scene. (00:12:37)

Continuity mistake: When the quarantine sign is being stapled to the door, it is black and yellow striped, with an orange stripe running the opposite direction, and "Quarantine" written on the orange part. When the mob is trying to get into the building, the sign is now gray with a single yellowish-gray stripe running diagonally across it, and no writing. (00:10:14 - 00:10:44)

Show generally

Question: Does anyone know why Gambit was featured less and less in episodes as the show went on? He was one of the most popular characters in not just X-Men, but all of Marvel Comics around the time this series first aired, so unless it had something to do with his voice actor's contract, it seems odd they wouldn't have utilized him more.

Answer: Chris Potter, the original Gambit voice actor, did indeed quit the role in the 4th season. His last episode was The Phalanx Covenant Part 1 so it seems reasonable that Fox would limit the use of the character even though it was recast. It doesn't appear that Potter left the role due to animosity, he stated in an interview that he wished to play Gambit in the first live action X-Men film.
