The Office

Money - S4-E4

Other mistake: Michael states that he and Jan have traded in their two cars for a Porsche (for her) however from earlier episodes we know that Michael's Sebring is a corporate lease.

Suggested correction: He traded in the company car. When he's hired back after Michael Scott Paper Company was bought out by Dunder Mifflin, he asks for a new one, and he's told they aren't made anymore. If he hadnt traded the car in, he would've been given his old one back.

Launch Party - S4-E3

Other mistake: In the beginning of the episode Meredith asks Jim to sign her cast. If you look closely, it's obvious that the actor John Krasinski signs his real name, not the name of his character, Jim Halpert.

Michael Scott: This is an environment of welcoming, and you should just get the hell outta here.

In this episode Pam and Jim are talking about how Jim used to have a crush on Pam when she first started here. This implies that Jim was working here when Pam was hired. However, in 4-3: Launch Party Pam says that when Jim first started working there she said, "Enjoy this moment, because you're never going to back to this time before you met your desk-mate, Dwight." These two scenes contradict each other.

Creed Bratton plays the voice of the Industrial Coal Mine Shaft employee that Michael talks to on the phone when he's trying to come up with some surprise for the staff.
