Exodus (2) - S1-E24
Visible crew/equipment: As the "rescue" boat nears the raft with Jin, Sawyer, Michael and Walt, it has a spotlight shining on the four aboard the raft. That spotlight is the only light source in the area, yet the boat is bathed in bright light from behind, which also reflects in the boat's pole. (01:12:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Sawyer finds his blue tarp that the boar ran off with earlier, Sawyer hears the whispers, then the boar reappears and chases him. When the mean old boar flips Sawyer over, the chain link fence (used for the stunt) is clearly visible beyond the grass, at the top right corner of the screen. (Also seen on Disc 7.) (00:12:10)
Visible crew/equipment: When Sawyer is tracking the boar, the camera is moving behind Sawyer, and you are able to see the camera's shadow move on the leaves. This happens in the shot before Sawyer gets on his knee checking out the boar tracks. (00:15:25)
Visible crew/equipment: S4xE8 "Meet Kevin Johnson": Near the end, Karl has nothing in his left ear when he and Alex sit down and start talking, but when Karl falls onto the ground, the actor has a wireless earwig device in his left ear in his close-up, before Alex turns him over. Then, when Alex sits by the tree distraught, Danielle tries to convince her to listen, and in Alex's extreme close-ups, she has a mini lav mic (similar style to DK3 series) at her right ear that becomes visible.
Exodus (1) - S1-E23
Visible crew/equipment: There is a crew / filming boat visible in the top right hand corner of the screen right after Sawyer retrieves the rudder and is pulled on board the raft. Right after Michael says "You just saved our ass, buddy" the camera pans up and the crew boat is visible for two seconds. Green hull, gray cabin with a flap flapping in the wind.
Exodus (1) - S1-E23
Visible crew/equipment: At the moment they have just left on the raft, and the shot goes from the raft to the beach while it is in the water, you can see a boom mic pointing up in the air. This is quite clear for all to see.
Visible crew/equipment: After the shot of Sawyer grabbing his tarp, he turns around and walks towards the camera through a field of sawgrass. On the far right of the screen, you can see someone walking along with him in the grass and a shadow moving from the film crew. (00:11:40)
The Beginning of the End - S4-E1
Visible crew/equipment: When Hurley hugs the detective after being told he can go to the mental hospital, a camera and operator's hand can be seen in the background. (00:06:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When John looks through the binoculars at the start, it reflects 2 big white squares which, considering they are in the jungle looking at a blue/rust coloured building, it appears to be part of the filming equipment. Perhaps a light screen? (00:06:20)
Flashes Before Your Eyes - S3-E8
Visible crew/equipment: Just after returning from the pub, Des gets changed and opens his wardrobe. Behind him is a mirror that reflects part of the camera man. (00:23:30)
Visible crew/equipment: When Jack and Co. approach Sawyer for the guns on the beach, Sawyer's glasses reflect a mass of people stood directly in front of him while only Jack is directly in front of him. (00:31:00)
Man of Science, Man of Faith - S2-E1
Visible crew/equipment: Just as Sawyer's raft falls apart, we get a shot of Michael on his raft. In this shot, a wire holding his raft in place is visible at an angle in the water. (00:21:00)
