It's Not Easy Being Green - S5-E16
Continuity mistake: When Hank goes to Bobby's class for "environmental court" and is sworn in, you see Bobby sitting at a large desk and to the right there is nothing next to it. The next shot there are now a few empty desks next to the large desk.
Continuity mistake: Whilst Bobby is talking to the other caddy about the ice blocking, Bobby is holding a coned ice cream in his hand. You can see he is holding a napkin around the cone below his fingers. In the following shot that shows a close up of his Bobby's face the napkin has moved up and is under his hand.
Continuity mistake: When Bobby is driving the golf cart, he is alone. However, when he stops the cart to invite a neighbour (also in a cart) to his party, you can see feet and knees of someone sitting in the rear of the cart.
Continuity mistake: Hank says that when he and Peggy were 18, they were already married. But in the season one episode "Square Peg", Peggy tells Luanne that she "never even kissed" a boy until she was 20.
Continuity mistake: Before John Redcorn gives Joseph the Horn & Feathers cap, he is driving and you can see there are white lane markings on the road to the left of the car. After Joseph leaves the markings on the road disappear for the rest of the scene.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode Peggy gives Bobby his birthday cake without any pieces missing from it or marks in the cake. However earlier in the episode, Bobby brings cake for Connie. It's doubtful that there were two identical cakes. You can tell this is the same type of cake because the cream on the top is the same shape and color Bobby brought to Connie.
Continuity mistake: Whilst Joseph is fixing his bike, there is a green mat next to it. As he starts to ride the bike the mat has now disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When Peggy, Hank, and Tammy are in the car and Peggy says "We all make mistakes", her lipstick is a duller, orange shade, then it goes back to being red.
Continuity mistake: When Bobby is trying to convince Hank's friends to join the abstinence club, and when he asks Boomhauer he just stays silent. Bill then signs up and gets one of the cards Bobby has. As Hank starts to talk it goes to a close up of him but in the next shot Boomhauer is looking at one of the cards. Bill still had his card so where did Boomhauer get one of those cards?
Hank and the Great Glass Elevator - S5-E11
Continuity mistake: As Peggy is testing the burgers at the end to see the difference she moves to the charcoal grill and puts three patties between 2 buns. In the next shot when she is throwing them out there are two extra buns in amongst the middle patties.
Peggy Makes the Big Leagues - S5-E4
Continuity mistake: During the booster club meeting at the beginning of the episode, there is some guy with a moustache sitting at the end of the table. After they finish the video of the football, there is a different looking guy sitting there.
When Cotton Comes Marching Home - S5-E5
Continuity mistake: As we see the float for the time in the driveway when Cotton arrives home, the float is vertical to the driveway. In the following shot Peggy starts asking Cotton for his war medals, the float is now turned around horizontally to the driveway.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Bobby is refusing to partake in thanksgiving celebrations and Hank starts asking him whether he's nervous about the turkey carving. You can see Bobby's carving knife is pointed toward the wall with the blade (curved edge) pointed towards Bobby. Before Bobby picks it up to give back to Hank its facing the other way.
Other mistake: In the episode, Hank's truck is destroyed when it gets stuck on the train tracks and a train smashes into it. Later on when Bobby is walking home by himself he finds the cover for the gear shift stick and puts it in his pocket. After a while Hank finds Bobby and Bobby gives him the cover and Hank puts it right on. Sounds fine. The only problem is that Hank has to screw the cover back onto the stick shift but doesn't have to remove any part of the previous stick. When the train hit the car, Bobby puts the cover right in his pocket and it would have had a bit of the stick left in it, as he had to screw it on. Its unlikely Bobby would have removed the bit of stick inside it because when we see him pick it up there is no part of the stick he would have been able to grip to unscrew it from the cover.
Continuity mistake: In past seasons, Hank's truck has obviously been shown as a 1992-era Ford Ranger,however in this episode it is shown as a 1980's-era Ranger.
Other mistake: After Hank & Peggy pick Bobby up from the airport you can see part of the clouds through the windshield. One of the clouds you can see stays in the exact same spot whilst they are driving along the main road in the back windshield. It is a cloud because of the distinct color. It also couldn't be a sticker as you can see when they park the car at the restaurant there are no marks on the windshield.
It's Not Easy Being Green - S5-E16
Continuity mistake: As Hank tells Bill & Dale that they are going to drain the quarry (whilst in Dale's basement) and Dale lets his burning cigarette drop. Dale & Bill start to freak out and it goes to a wide shot of the three of them & the cigarette Dale dropped is not on the ground anymore.
Continuity mistake: As Luanne is becoming a "Born again" virgin, she yells after being dunked in the water. She yells "I'm a Virgin." and there is a shot to the left of two guys in the distance playing Frisbee look behind to their left. The shot sees them from the left meaning they were to Luanne's left. A few shots later Luanne is getting out of the lake and one of the guys who was playing Frisbee comes up to her from her right side and the other guy follows him. There wouldn't have been enough time in the scene for them to get all the way over to the right side of the field and not much reason to either.
Continuity mistake: After the frantic phone call from the hospital, Hank rushes to the emergency room. In the hallway there are two doors, the one to his left says "Consultation" whilst the one to his right says "Examination". He uses his left hand to open the door and in the next shot you can see the door now says "Examination" and "Consultation" on the opposite door.
When Cotton Comes Marching Home - S5-E5
Continuity mistake: As Hank visits Cotton to give his uniform, Cotton goes into the middle stall of the bathroom. If you look at the stall to the right it has its door open and no one is in there. As they are speaking you can see the door has closed in the reflection of the mirror. You can see even see it's closed without using the mirror when Hank puts the uniform down on the chair.
