Continuity mistake: In "Plankton", when Plankton is controlling Spongebob, Spongebob goes to put his pants on, but Plankton has him walk through them. As they're walking towards the pants, the tie is red. As they're walking through the pants, the tie turns black. As they walk away from the pants, the tie is red again.
Audio problem: In the episode "Rock Bottom" when Spongebob says "Another funtastic day at glove world," near the beginning, if you watch Spongebob's mouth, it only says "Another funtastic day at." It never says "glove world."
Revealing mistake: Near the end of "Rock Bottom", when SpongeBob arrives back to Bikini Bottom, SpongeBob's pineapple is animated differently from the other buildings. It looks like it was cheaply tacked on in post production.

Continuity mistake: Sandy's Rocket: When you first see SpongeBob in bed you can see a mysterious glass window on the floor. When Patrick arrives it has vanished, evident in the wide shot.

Continuity mistake: When Squidward comes out of the bathroom and sees his melted sculpture, the eyes on the melted sculpture change from looking on the floor to looking up in a matter of seconds.

Other mistake: When Pearl is crying in the Krusty Krab, the customers are just the same person over and over and over.
Chosen answer: You need to provide a little bit more information to be able to answer a question like this. In what region is it not being shown? I see it being replayed here in Australia fairly frequently. As for a general reason, there does not appear to be any for why it specifically might have been taken off the air in any country or region. Like any show certain episodes can sometimes not be replayed for long periods for unknown reasons.
