Continuity mistake: In "Penny Foolish" around the beginning, SpongeBob does a lot of stunts before he picks up the penny. Then when Mr. Krabs flashbacks to what SpongeBob did, the buildings in the background change.

Continuity mistake: In "Funny Pants" when Mr. Krabs tells SpongeBob to touch the money the anchor on the door is yellow. In the next shot, it is red, like it is in other episodes.

Continuity mistake: In "Tunnel Of Glove" the amount of police tape on the entrance of the tunnel of glove changes. Some shots there are three pieces of tape, others there are four.

Continuity mistake: In "Snowball Effect" when Squidward rips apart the "peace treaty" it is nothing but shreds on the ground. About ten shots later, the shreds disappear.

Continuity mistake: In Tentacle-Vision Squidward ties Patrick up to the camera. However, when Mr. Krabs, Pearl, Plankton, and Sandy interrupt Squidward Chat, the camera is visible. Patrick is nowhere to be seen.

Continuity mistake: Near the end of "Night Light" Patrick gets burned by the sun, and the wooden stem atop his house is missing.

Continuity mistake: In "Selling Out" when the Krabby O'Mondays is just about to flood, SpongeBob and Squidward have their Krusty Krab hats on. About ten seconds ago, they had their Krabby O' Mondays' hats on.
Nasty Patty / The Idiot Box - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: When SpongeBob is showing Squidward the inside of the box, SpongeBob is seen closing the top of the box. But inside of the box, there is a close-up of SpongeBob and Patrick. You can see daylight so the box is obviously open.
Continuity mistake: When SpongeBob sees the kandy machine, the front of the machine is facing the road, but when he runs over to it, the front is now turned away from the road.
Hello, Bikini Bottom/Extreme Spots - S8-E29
Continuity mistake: In "Hello, Bikini Bottom", when we see Mr. Krabs' list of what he needs for the tour, the word "roadie" is on the bottom of the list, but when we see the list again later on, "roadie" is in the middle of the list.
Gullible Pants/Overbooked - S6-E19
Other mistake: In Overbooked, when Patrick tells Sponge-Bob about his birthday, Sponge-bob put a Krabby patty in his pants. In the next scene when you see Sponge-Bob, the patty is gone.
Continuity mistake: In "New Leaf", When Mr. Krabs throws Plankton's snow globe in to the room, there is no lock. In the next shot, there is.

Continuity mistake: Mrs. Puff hands Spongebob the order for a Krabby Patty. In the next shot, he is not holding the order, nor is it on the floor.
Rise and Shine / Waiting / Sing a Song of Patrick - S5-E1
Continuity mistake: In "Waiting", SpongeBob has milk on his face. It then cuts, and the milk is not on his face anymore.
Squidtastic Voyage/That's No Lady - S4-E15
Continuity mistake: In "That's No Lady", Squidward is standing at the register, holding a newspaper. When it cuts to "Patricia", and back to Squidward, Squidward isn't holding the newspaper anymore.
Skill Crane/Good Neighbors - S4-E4
Continuity mistake: In "Good Neighbors", Squidward stomps on Spongebob and Patrick's fezzes in front of his door. Then, it cuts to a shot of Squidward's house, but the fezzes are gone.
Help Wanted / Reef Blowers / Tea at the Treedome - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: The office door in the Krusty Krab is missing throughout the episode.
