Continuity mistake: When the winter ends, there's a shot of Sandy's tree, and there's no window in it. When Sandy sees SpongeBob and Patrick, suddenly the tree has a window. A very noticeable mistake.

Other mistake: Dumped: After Patrick starts playing tag with Gary and SpongeBob, Gary starts crawling around Patrick's body and does that up until it's dark out. SpongeBob is not wearing a watch on his left wrist, but then he looks at his watch, which suddenly appears on that wrist mid-shot. Then, right before he picks up Gary, the watch disappears. Other mistake: Survival of the Idiots: When SpongeBob and Patrick first try to escape the tree dome, SpongeBob tries to open the door, then says that the door is slippery and frozen shut. Other mistake: Dumped: When SpongeBob first gets mad at Gary for spending time with Patrick, he picks him up and walks away with him. In the close-up of Gary as SpongeBob is holding him, SpongeBob's sleeve is coloured yellow instead of white as it should be. Other mistake: Dumped: When Patrick agrees to join SpongeBob and Gary in their game of tag, SpongeBob tags him, and as SpongeBob walks away from him, his right collar leaf turns red for a frame, then the space between his tie and left collar leaf turns brown for another frame. (00:13:32)

Chosen answer: You need to provide a little bit more information to be able to answer a question like this. In what region is it not being shown? I see it being replayed here in Australia fairly frequently. As for a general reason, there does not appear to be any for why it specifically might have been taken off the air in any country or region. Like any show certain episodes can sometimes not be replayed for long periods for unknown reasons.
