Visible crew/equipment: As Mike gets up from the table after lecturing the girls, the boom mike's shadow becomes visible on his back. (00:15:00)
Continuity mistake: During the filming scene near the end of the episode, Bobby's hat transitions from being in his hands to back on his head, untouched.
Audio problem: Many times throughout this episode, the actors' voices echo, especially when Mike yells out to Peter (and vice versa) from different rooms.
Top Secret - S5-E19
Revealing mistake: Bobby and Oliver are building a house of cards on a small platform sitting on the table when all of a sudden the house of cards collapses. The reason: the platform moves by itself. Clearly it was manipulated off-screen somehow. (00:01:20)
Top Secret - S5-E19
Continuity mistake: The amount of talcum powder in Bobby's and Oliver's hair increases from one shot to the next. (00:14:35)
The Hustler - S5-E21
Audio problem: Bobby is lining up a pool shot. There's a cut to Cindy, and as she says her line, the sound of pool balls being hit is heard. But when the pool table is shown again in the next shot, none of the balls have moved. Also the pool table moves from outside to inside. Lots of mistakes with the balls on the table throughout the game. (00:08:25)
The Hustler - S5-E21
Revealing mistake: When Mike's boss, his wife and two other guests arrive at the house for a night of pool, the four guests are greeted at the front door, enter the brick entry foyer, and descend the steps into the living room. As the camera pans to capture the guests entering the living room, the obviously unfinished and unbricked end of the entry platform can be seen in the shot.
The Hustler - S5-E21
Audio problem: There's an ominous mic echo when Bobby is talking with Mike's boss at the pool table, indicating this was filmed on a sound stage.
The Hair-Brained Scheme - S5-E22
Continuity mistake: After Bobby pours the hair tonic into Greg's hair and mixes it in, he looks shocked (as if he's noticing the hair now orange) and reaches down to get a towel to cover Greg's hair, but the bottom of the screen reveals Greg's hair still black (although it should be orange at this point). After an instant camera change, the full head of orange hair is revealed.

Answer: The dangling bracelet was used for dramatic purposes - to keep the audience on edge.
