Plot hole: In the scene where T.J. and his pals are trying to find the password to the building, they are using a cup telephone. When the man talks, they can hear him, but when the kids talk, the men on the other side can't hear them.
Plot hole: Hustler kid tells Gus in this episode that hustlers never deal in things that could get a kid in trouble. In the episode where all the kids need to become Ashley's he has no problem in handing out plenty of fake IDs, and at the beginning of every show he is shown displaying dodgy merchandise to a kid inside his jacket.(the kid isn't inside the jacket...the merchandise is...).
Bonky Fever - S4-E30
Other mistake: After Miss Grotke asks the class which founding person said that they can't tell a lie, it cuts to a shot that pans over to Mikey. In this shot, all the kids' legs are missing from under the desks. Most of the chair legs are also missing.
Here Comes Mr. Perfect - S4-E18
Continuity mistake: When Gus is reading his paper to the class at the start, Phil is sitting behind Spinelli. Three shots later, his skin, pants, and shoes have all changed colour. His skin colour is proper again in his next appearance, but he is now sitting behind Jared. Two shots later, his shirt has changed from blue to black. His shirt colour is proper again in his next appearance, but his tie is now the wrong colour, and his shoes have changed colour again. Two shots later, his tie is coloured properly again.

Continuity mistake: When Jared enters the classroom and introduces himself, he leaves the door open behind him, but two shots later, it is closed.
Continuity mistake: When Gretchen's mother first sees Gretchen doing homework, the paper in front of Gretchen has three lines on it. In the next shot, there is only one line on it; then the paper is completely blank in the following shot. Then, when Gretchen falls asleep on her desk, the paper has three lines on it again, and Gretchen's pencil has disappeared from her hand.
Continuity mistake: When Gus is hiding behind the trees at school, no one is standing behind the fence, but in the next shot, the gang suddenly appears behind it.
Other mistake: When Gus and T.J. are talking on the bench, as Gus says, "No, at least not yet," his watch is missing from his wrist; then it appears mid-shot.
Continuity mistake: When the gang sees Gus standing next to the tree, T.J. has his backpack on, but when the cops arrive, his backpack vanishes. The straps also change from grey to blue.

Other mistake: When T.J. goes to Miss Finster to tell her about Mikey's Bonky stuff, Miss Finster's waistband is yellow when it's supposed to be white. Then, when she takes the bag from T.J., it has changed to pink, then turns white and back to pink mid-shot. Her collar is also yellow in this shot, then turns white and back to yellow mid-shot as well.

Continuity mistake: When the gang arrives at Mikey's house with his birthday gifts, Gus wears a red bow tie. Then, when the gang walks up to the door, Gus's bow tie has changed to the same color as his shirt, then goes back to red in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: When the gang arrives at Mikey's house with his birthday gifts, note the colours of the gifts that Gretchen and Gus are holding. When the gang looks at Spinelli's gift, Gretchen and Gus's gifts have swapped colours, then they swap back in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: In the cafeteria, Mikey asks the lunch lady for more pudding for Bonky. When the lunch lady refuses, the clothing on Mikey's Bonky puppet has vanished, then it reappears in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: After the gang gives Mikey his backpack full of Bonky stuff, Mikey runs away from them, and he is heading towards two kids playing marbles. Then, when Mikey slips on the marbles, they have changed colour.

Continuity mistake: When the gang talks about Mikey's birthday party near the start, Gretchen's bicycle helmet constantly changes throughout the following shots. First, part of her helmet changes from purple to blue, then it's purple again and the straps vanish, then they reappear, then the helmet becomes red, then it's the correct colours again and the straps become blue, and finally, the straps change back to purple mid-shot.
Other mistake: When the Ashleys are first shown playing jacks, Ashley T's nose seems to be missing; then it reappears three shots later.
Schoolworld - S4-E21
Continuity mistake: The door to Miss Grotke's classroom opens inward throughout the episode. However, when SAL mimics Principal Prickly and tells all the teachers to report to his office, Miss Grotke leaves the classroom, and the door now opens outward. Then, when the kids look outside the classroom, the door has completely vanished.
Schoolworld - S4-E21
Continuity mistake: When Gus gets locked out of the school after recess, he asks SAL to open the hallway door. He looks up at the clock, and the time on it is 10.46.05 (then goes up to 10.46.08 by the end of the shot). A few seconds later, the time changes to 18.46.16, then 10.46.17, then 10.45.18.
The Biggest Trouble Ever - S4-E13
Other mistake: When the court hearing is taking place, T.J. wears a tie with blue and red stripes. As T.J. says to the mayor, "Sorry, sir, may I say something?", the stripes on his tie change to the opposite color for one frame (not counting the stripes on the knot).
