Continuity mistake: During the show's opening credits for the entire run of the series, when Tony drives up to the NJ Turnpike toll gate, the lane 7 machine spits out a toll ticket, and Tony reaches for it. It then cuts to a close-up as Tony grabs hold of the toll ticket, but this ticket machine is now different; note all the stickers. The close-up was shot at another lane's ticket machine.

Continuity mistake: At dinner, when Meadow gets upset, she leaves the table and heads upstairs, so Carmela leaves the table and follows her daughter. Then, when Livia gets insulted, she tells Junior to take her home, and she too leaves the table. The problem occurs when Tony tells Junior, "You mangia, Uncle Jun', she'll come back," and in the next shot facing Junior, the reflection on the door shows Carmela and Livia are still seated at the table.

Visible crew/equipment: After Tony gets written up for speeding, it then cuts to Bryan Spatafore parking his pickup at the curb, and just as the pickup's door opens and closes, we can see the reflection of the boom mic on the vehicle's door and window.

Deliberate mistake: While Tony stands beside his car, the first assassin shoots at him, and when Tony dives into the front seat we see the car's dashboard. After struggling with the second assassin, when Tony crashes into the parked car, in the shot from inside the car, there are two issues: the car has a different style dashboard with no air vents, and the rearview mirror is missing; then it reappears.

Visible crew/equipment: During the dinner scene, in some of the shots facing Junior, the reflection of the boom operator (wearing a watch) holding up the boom pole/mic is visible on the glass, toward the top left side of the screen. Additionally, in two shots facing Junior (POV beside Carmela's right shoulder), we can see part of a black reflector screen (collapsible type) between Junior and Carmela.

Continuity mistake: When Janice goes to Livia's mailbox and retrieves the envelope with her disability check, the words "TOTAL DISABILITY" only appear on the check in the close-up, but not in the previous shot. Additionally, the silver screen door is gone between the first wide shot when Janice pulls the mail out of the mailbox, and the next close-up as Janice looks through the mail in her hands (she did not open the screen door between shots).

Guy Walks Into a Psychiatrist's Office - S2-E1
Visible crew/equipment: While Janice and Barbara are talking at the backyard barbecue, when Paulie appears, Janice makes a crack about him not being dead yet. It then cuts to Carmela and Janice walking down the home's outdoor steps, and the reflection of the moving boom mic is visible on the front door's glass, behind Carmela.

Visible crew/equipment: While Sal and AJ are at the batting cage, Matt starts telling AJ about the German philosopher Nietzsche. As the camera moves backwards in this dolly shot, we can see two metal T-marks on the ground, as well as the dolly track at the left side of the screen.

Moe n' Joe - S6-E10
Visible crew/equipment: When Jim's beeper goes off in the middle of the night, Vito decides to go along with him to the emergency. In the first shot on scene, there are two chalk T-marks on the sidewalk, and Vito stands at one of them.

Visible crew/equipment: At Eugene's wake, when Vito says that he's going back to the hospital, just as he heads toward the front door, we can see the reflection of the Panavision camera and camera operator.

Visible crew/equipment: While Tony and Chris are seated outside Satriale's discussing the hit on Rusty, the reflection of the camera is visible on Christopher's sunglasses.

Visible crew/equipment: When Tony and Pontecorvo pull up to the clubhouse in the golf cart, as Tony walks toward the neurologist, there's a red T-mark on the ground at the bottom left corner of the screen.

To Save Us All From Satan's Power - S3-E10
Visible crew/equipment: After the little boy cusses at Santa (Bobby), when both Silvio and Paulie tell the boy to go apologise to Santa, in the wide shot as the boy walks back, we can see a red T-mark taped to the floor in front of the boy's mother.

Revealing mistake: After Tony's unsuccessful meeting with Johnny due to Christopher's inability to keep his mouth shut, while Tony and Chris are driving past stores, we can see the reflections of the filming equipment attached to the roof of their vehicle.

Visible crew/equipment: Paulie and Christopher convince Tony to head out and try to locate them, and to bring them food as well as shoes for Paulie. In the wide shot, just as Tony puts on his shoes and tells Gloria, "I gotta go," there's a red T-mark on the wood floor at the lower left side of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: After Carmela and Janice apologise to each other, Carmela asks Janice to lower her music, and when Janice closes the bedroom door, lighting equipment is visible at the right side of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: When Tony and Carmela are in their kitchen, Tony looks in the fridge and cabinet. Then, just as Tony takes a seat at the table, an actor's T-mark becomes visible on the floor in front of the fridge, behind Tony.

Continuity mistake: When Tony shows up at Livia's house with a bouquet of flowers, in the exterior shot note the transparency of the screen door's glass, the front door silver-color knob with its back plate, as well as the deadbolt cylinder. As Tony enters the doorway in the next interior shot, we cannot see out through the screen door's glass, the door knob is gold-color, and both the knob's back plate and the deadbolt cylinder have vanished.
Answer: That's not Jimmy, just a look-a-like. Jimmy's short and stout, the guy in "Christopher" episode is tall and medium built. The hair is also different.
