When Aliens Attack - S2-E3

Continuity mistake: In the clip before Fry knocks Fox off the air, the one person says, "Could you repeat the last part? *pause, cut.*" When we later see it broadcast on Omicron Persi 8, it says, "Could you repeat that last, *cut*."

Continuity mistake: When talking about El Chupakneebra with the Sewer People, the characters are standing in front of a building with a blue sign reading "Cleaners". But in the shot where Leela explains how Nibbler loves fresh crocodile, the writing on the sign changes to a completely different, much narrower, style.

Continuity mistake: When Bender lies on the roulette the numbers keep changing between the shots. For example when Bender's antenna lands on the number "21", the number beside it is "25". When it cuts the number "25" has suddenly changed to "4" (00:07:50)
