Continuity mistake: Just before Cartman sends his kitty out of the window with the photo, there's a photo frame on his desk and a "Cartman" cutout tacked above the desk, and on his bed is his frog toy and his hat. When Cartman walks over to the window with the kitty, all these items have vanished.

Continuity mistake: In Mackey's office, Cartman goes from getting off his chair, then sitting back on the chair, then he appears back off the chair.

Continuity mistake: When Stan is lowered into the baby calf barn, he goes and unties all the chains from around all the cows' necks, but when the boys begin to carry them all away, the chains are back around their necks.

Continuity mistake: When Cartman is playing "Wild Wild West" with his toys, he has a female doll tied to a piece of wood on his bedside table. Then after his mom comes in and leaves again, Cartman starts dancing, and suddenly the doll has appeared behind him, and is also off of the wood.
Revealing mistake: Right after Wendy tries to convince the crowd that Cartman's actual paper was 'Walden' with Cartman's name on it, Stan mentions something about Kyle's mom making tuna fish sandwiches. When he does this, you can kind of see him 'lift' off the background.

Character mistake: When Pip, Butters, and Dougie play the Wickershams and Decklers game, Pip stated that they all fall down after he says "Ch'rah." However, they fell down after Pip said "Tally-Ho", not "Ch'rah."

Continuity mistake: Cartman is already on stage, but in the next shot, he arrives, and Stan and Kyle ask him what he's doing there. (00:16:58)
Factual error: In the casino, during the roulette game, one of the spin results lands on 2 red. All roulette games have the no. 2 being black.

Character mistake: When the class are practising the nativity, Mrs Broflovski comes in and berates Mr Garrison for casting Kyle in the part of Joseph of Arimathea, but Joseph of Arimathea wasn't the husband of Mary, Jesus' mother, but a disciple of Jesus who helped in the burial of Jesus after his crucifixion.

Factual error: When Randy and Sharon are watching Lord of the Rings believing it is a porno, a male narration can be heard. In the actual movie, it was a female narration. (00:02:10)

Continuity mistake: When Stan, Kyle and Kenny go to Chef's house to tell him about Veronica, they can't talk to him so they sit down opposite Chef's parents. When Kyle says, "We have to talk to him," he and Stan have swapped places.

Factual error: The news anchor calls Cartman a hate crime suspect, but he had already been convicted, that makes him a hate crime convict.
Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride - S1-E5
Other mistake: You can see Token in the episode as white, not black.
Answer: He appears in at least 5 other episodes, but usually just as a background character. He can be seen at Cartman's party in "Immaginationland". He was also one of the kids trying out to replace Butters in the "Professor Chaos" episode.
