Continuity mistake: When Cartman is trying to convince Butters that a meteor is heading to earth, Cartman jumps on a Terrance and Philip chair when dangling the rock in front of the telescope. The letters T and P on the chair are pretty much across from each other and above Terrance and Philip's head before and after Cartman gets on/gets off the chair. When Cartman is doing his calculations in the next shot, the letters T and P on the chair are now in a different position on the chair and if you look under the letters you can also see that Terrance and Philip's head have also changed positions.

Continuity mistake: When Butters is in the hospital, you see blood start coming down his cheek, but when the shot changes from a top view to a view from his feet, there is no blood running down his cheek, which should've started showing in the shot already.

Continuity mistake: When the handicapped people are on the bus, from a distance you can see that on the far window there is a kid nodding his head from back to front with black hair and when it goes into the bus you can see that the kid has brown hair and is nodding his head side-to-side. Continuity mistake: When Jimmy is about to use the steroids, there is a shot of the pills. Then when he uses the steroids we can see the order of them the way they were layed out on the original shot has changed. (00:05:35)
Continuity mistake: When Eric comes running over to talk to the other 3 boys about the handicapped competition, their toy trucks are quite far apart from each other, but when it cuts from Cartman and then back to the boys, Kyle's truck has moved all the way in front of Stan's truck.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Jimmy and Timmy are training, you can see that there are two people behind them, a girl wearing a pink top with a flower on and a boy with some green glasses on. When it cuts to Jimmy and Timmy talking, and then goes back, the boy wearing the glasses has disappeared, then a few shots later the boy with glasses is back.
Continuity mistake: When Cartman is planning, in the shot from behind him when he's on the computer there is a cup with a red and yellow pencil in it, the red is on the right and the yellow is on the left. Yet when it goes to looking at Cartman from the other way the crayons must've swapped positions because now they are the other way around.

Continuity mistake: When Kyle slides a $10 bill into the ticket booth, the $10 bill is shown lying left to right. After a couple of cuts to where the ticket taker is saying "But this is such an important film..." the $10 bill has changed positions. (00:03:00)

Continuity mistake: The end of the show where the dance battle takes place, when Butters is tap dancing his left shoe comes off but when it goes back to him his right shoe is off.
Continuity mistake: When the boys meet Blanket for the first time, note the positions of Kyle and Stan's Big Wheels. After Blanket asks them if they will be his new friends, their Big Wheels have switched places. (00:01:01)
Continuity mistake: When the adults are having dinner, the food on their plates constantly changes. Some examples: When Stephen asks Michael Jackson what kind of work he does, Linda eats a piece of her steak, but the steak is whole again a few shots later. After Gerald says that Kobe was up in Eagle again, Randy's steak becomes half-eaten and green beans appear on his plate between shots. After Michael Jackson talks about the police and wealthy black men, the amount of food on Gerald's plate changes between shots. (00:06:57 - 00:07:53)
Continuity mistake: When Michael Jackson says that he thinks it's wrong what the police do to wealthy black men, he sets his fork down on the table, but it disappears in the next shot, then appears next to his plate in the following shot. (00:08:05)
Continuity mistake: When Michael Jackson comes into Stan's room at night, the time on Stan's alarm clock is 1:30, but just a few shots later, the time changes to 1:36, then 1:38. Then, when Randy sees Michael Jackson in Stan's bed, the time on the alarm clock is 7:30, but just a few shots later, the time changes to 7:34. Additionally, the alarm clock changes direction whenever a side view of it is shown. (00:08:53 - 00:11:57)
Continuity mistake: At the dinner table when Stan tells his parents about the election, he has a glass in front of him. The glass switches from being on his left side to being on his right side between shots.

Continuity mistake: Episode 9, Season 8. When the kids get to the Wallmart we see a crane putting the letter "W" to the "WALLMART" sign. Later we see the same shot where the crane does it again.

Continuity mistake: When Wal-Mart is imploding at the end, a massive chunk of concrete falls by Randy and disappears instantly.
Answer: He appears in at least 5 other episodes, but usually just as a background character. He can be seen at Cartman's party in "Immaginationland". He was also one of the kids trying out to replace Butters in the "Professor Chaos" episode.
