Continuity mistake: In the very beginning, Butters walks in after Cartman, Kyle and Stan talk about replacing him. Butters and Cartman sit down and talk. Firstly, pay attention to the 'Cow Day' banner behind Cartman. After the camera goes from Cartman talking to Butters then back to Cartman, a letter S is now on the banner. It now reads 'Cow Days.' During the same sequence, look behind Butters. You can see Peter Panda on what looks like a toy box. After a few cuts from Cartman to Butters, now all of a sudden, Clyde Frog is next to Peter Panda on the box.
Continuity mistake: When Spielberg and Lucas are sitting behind the boys, the camera shows them to be sitting up higher that they are in other shots, when it is focused on them, you should be able to see the tops of the kids heads sitting in front of them. (00:08:00)

When the butler reappears (just before he pushes the buttons on the wall for the recorded voices), he reappears from the right of the archway. But John Edwards appears from the left of the archway when the voices are playing.
Continuity mistake: When Stan threatens to cut his hand off, you can see his wrist, but just right before he does it, his wrist disapears between his glove and jacket. If his wrist was showing, he couldn't have had his hand pulled inside his jacket and he obviously couldn't have done it while holding the meat cleaver.
Continuity mistake: In the "Krazy Kripples" episode in Season 7, Jimmy's last name is given as Swanson. In "Up the Down Steroid" in Season 8, it's changed to Jimmy Vulmer.
Continuity mistake: When Jimmy is talking about Christopher Reeve and Superman while the boys are on the ground playing with toy cars, Stan looks up at Jimmy and says 'Yeah that's nice guys. Were going to stay out of this one.' When the camera cuts to another angle, Stan's head is in a different position.

When Cartman is doing his calculations in the next shot, the letters T and P on the chair are now in a different position on the chair and if you look under the letters you can also see that Terrance and Philip's head have also changed positions.

Answer: He appears in at least 5 other episodes, but usually just as a background character. He can be seen at Cartman's party in "Immaginationland". He was also one of the kids trying out to replace Butters in the "Professor Chaos" episode.
