Feelings... Whoa, Whoa, Whoa - S11-E9

Character mistake: Cliff is convinced his neighbor is Hitler, but if Adolf Hitler were alive in 1991-2, he'd be over a hundred, and surely someone as knowledgeable as Cliff would know that. And even if he doesn't, Frasier should know that as well and correct him.

Suggested correction: This isn't really a character mistake; Cliff isn't as clever as he tries to project. Frasier not saying something that he could have done isn't a mistake; it's just a character choice.

What rubbish. Nobody on this planet could possibly be under the delusion that Adolf Hitler is still alive.

Breaking in is Hard to Do - S9-E7

Frasier: I thought that Frederick might enjoy himself.
Lilith: Enjoy himself in a bar? He's eleven months old. What kind of values can he learn here?
Frasier: Well, I thought the place had a lot to offer.
Lilith: Oh, please. He'll never learn to speak in this environment.
Norm: [Walks into the bar] Afternoon everybody.
Frederick: Norm!
[Everyone in the bar including Norm has a surprised look on their face].

Answer: Rebecca is from Los Angeles originally, and has just spent several days on the U.S. west coast on the private jet of wealthy businessman Robin Colcord, shopping and having a makeover in Beverly Hills. She is implying that Carla is making jokes about her because as an "East Coaster" (Carla is from Rhode Island and lives in Boston), Carla is bitter and jealous over how glamorous "West Coasters" like Rebecca are.
