The Simpsons

She of Little Faith - S13-E6

Question: What does Mr. Burns mean when he tells everyone not to be fooled by Lindsay Naegle's skirt?

Chosen answer: Mr. Burns, being over 100 years old, holds very old fashioned views. One such view is that business is a man's world. So, he's basically saying that, despite the fact she is a woman (wears a skirt), Lindsey Naegle is still capable of rebuilding the church.
