Continuity mistake: Frasier and Roz are in the Cafe talking about the dating service - Roz is holding her mug by its side in her right hand - it switches from her holding it by the side to holding it by the handle and from one hand to the other several times during the scene.
Frasier Gotta Have It - S5-E19
Continuity mistake: Frasier and Roz are in the kitchen talking, and Frasier says "over thinking things can spoil anything", and we can see Roz lifting a glass of water in her left hand. The shot changes and she now has her right hand up to her mouth and a split second later there is a sticky bun in that hand.
Continuity mistake: After Frasier gets his fake phone call at dinner, he puts his napkin down, covering his plate and stands up. When the waiter goes by and Frasier asks for the check, the napkin is suddenly next to the plate and we can see the food left on it.
Legal Tender Love and Care - S8-E6
Continuity mistake: Frasier is holding Abbie's bill in his right hand, but the next shot shows him holding it with both hands, with no time for a natural shift.
To Thine Old Self Be True - S7-E20
Continuity mistake: When Frasier is interviewing the stripper she is leaning on the bed, with her arm behind her. When Frasier asks her about her encore, suddenly her hands are in her lap, with no time natural change.
The Dog That Rocks the Cradle - S7-E5
Continuity mistake: While Frasier is talking to Marty about his friend's funeral, sometimes there is a magazine on the coffee table in front of him, and sometimes there is a pad of paper.
Continuity mistake: While Niles is confronting Dr. Shenkman we can see a rose petal on the smooth bedspread behind them. Another shot shows the petal is gone and the bedcover is dishevelled.
Continuity mistake: When Bulldog wheels his things into the booth, there is nothing on top of the tape deck behind and to our left of Frasier's chair. As the shot changes and he says "you can vouch for that, Myrna", there is suddenly a blue cassette on top of the deck. The shot changes again and Roz puts her plate of cookies down on top of the tape deck - the cassette has disappeared.
Roz's Turn - S4-E17
Continuity mistake: When Roz begins her mock interview with Frasier, Niles is holding the microphone in her direction. After she says "from Bellingham", he moves it to the left for Frasier's answer. But the next shot shows that the mike is still pointed at Roz, and then we see Niles move it to the left again.
Roz's Turn - S4-E17
Continuity mistake: When Frasier and Roz are in his kitchen talking about audition tapes, sometimes he is holding a glass of sherry and sometimes he is not; it is not a case of him putting it down, as the scene goes to quickly for that. During the same scene, Roz's beer switches hands, and there was no time for that either.
Continuity mistake: During the closing credits, Niles brings a breakfast tray into his dining room and puts it down in front of Marta, who is reading a newspaper. When she puts the paper down, there is a rose lying on the tray - in the previous shot there had been no rose, but there had been several pill bottles there which have mysteriously disappeared.
Continuity mistake: While Marty is reading Daphne's novel to her, his beer can moves from one side of his table to the other, without him touching it.
Fool Me Once, Shame on You, Fool Me Twice... - S2-E14
Continuity mistake: When Daphne is telling her story about living in London, the towel on top of the laundry basket changes from being red to being blue, without her rearranging it. (00:06:15)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the scene Niles opens the apartment door and waves his arm; the little white cloth is thrown and lands under him as he faints and hits the floor. Eddie heads for the couch and the shot shows the white cloth on the floor in the hall outside the apartment door. (00:11:20)

Continuity mistake: Niles is trying to convince Frasier to play squash - he has his hands on the back of Frasier's chair. Cassandra comes out of the kitchen and we see one of Niles' hands on Frasier's shoulder. In the next shot, both hands are back on the chair, even though there was no time for this to happen naturally. (00:02:35)
Docu.Drama - S8-E16
Continuity mistake: In the conference room, Frasier says, "I just said that," and the shot shows his arms resting on the table with his hands up, gesturing. The next shot, from the side, shows him leaning back in his chair with his arms right off the table. The shot then goes back to the original position. There was no time for him to move naturally.
Desperately Seeking Closure - S5-E8
Continuity mistake: Near the beginning of the show, Samantha and Frasier are in the restaurant; Sam picks up her water glass to take a sip, the next shot shows the glass still on the table.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the show, Frasier gives Roz an evening purse in a box. She puts it back in the box and as they talk we can see the edge of the box - from one shot to the next we can sometimes see the strap hanging out and sometimes not. The camera angle does not change.
A Word to the Wiseguy - S3-E15
Continuity mistake: Niles goes to KACL and walks into Frasier's booth - there is nothing on the console in front of Frasier - but then in a shot something shaped like a cellphone appears but in subsequent shots is gone again.
The Ann Who Came to Dinner - S11-E13
Continuity mistake: While Ann is talking to Frasier near the door of his apartment, his coat is over the arm of the couch. After Frasier closes the door after Caroline's brief visit, the coat is over the back of the couch, even though no one went near it during that time.
