Revealing mistake: When Grace plays on the Dance Dance Revolution machine in the arcade, at the bottom of the game screen it reveals that it is a demo, and also says "Free Play."
The Big Vent - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: When Grace is listening through the vent, she is leaning on a cushion. Between shots the cushion rotates because the stripes on it change from running horizontical to vertical. (00:43:45)

Continuity mistake: After Grace rips all of the pieces of kitchen roll from the holder, in consecutive shots afterward, how far down the sheets of kitchen roll hang from the holder repeatedly changes. (00:58:10)
Boo! Humbug - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When Will and Grace dive for the jawbreaker at the end of the episode, the silly string sprayed around the room (on the table, trolley, fireplace mantle, etc.,) is different from the previous shot of the room. (01:01:35)
Home Court Disadvantage - S6-E3
Continuity mistake: Whilst Jack is unknowingly eating pot pourri from the small glass holder, the position of it in the holder changes between shots, which is easily seen by the colours. (00:14:30)
Fagmalion Part Four: The Guy Who Loved Me - S5-E19
Continuity mistake: Karen is pretending to be a maid in her own hotel suite, as she talks to Grace. During her conversation, she throws her feather duster into the pocket, at the end of her cleaning cart. In following shots the position of the duster changes.
Hocus Focus - S4-E24
Continuity mistake: After Fannie rips open Grace's shirt and ties the bottom into a knot, the way the knot is tied and positioned changes during subsequent shots. (00:34:00)
Acting Out - S2-E14
Continuity mistake: When Grace is talking to Karen about how she has just come out of a string of bad relationships, she picks up a book of cloth samples, then a second one. In the next shot her hand is empty and she picks them both up again. (00:05:15)
Continuity mistake: When Will and Leo are in the coffee shop, a woman brings a sandwich carousel over. After the two of them take some sandwiches, the sandwiches left on the second wheel down on the carousel change position. (00:07:15)
Poker? I Don't even Like Her - S3-E19
Continuity mistake: There are two balloons, a blue and a pink one, attached to a vase of flowers in the waiting room. Between shots the pink balloon shrinks half its original size as Jack is talking about a man losing all his limbs. (00:34:25)
Acting Out - S2-E14
Continuity mistake: When Will and Grace walk down the street in the opening credits, in every shot change the people walking around and behind them on the streets change, and the cars on the street change too. (00:00:10)
Continuity mistake: When Grace storms out of Will's office, an orchid leaf falls from the pot she is carrying, onto the hallway floor. In the next shot it has vanished. (00:14:15)
Continuity mistake: As Jack is trying to open the massage table, Karen is sitting waiting: on the small table next to her is a candle. The candle alternates from lit / unlit between a few shots. (00:07:20)
Looking for Mr. Good Enough - S6-E14
Continuity mistake: In the cooking class, mostly everybody's attire changes between scenes. It is meant to be the exact same cooking class, however. Stuart's shirt, changes from yellow to red, for example. (00:05:25 - 00:12:00)
Heart Like a Wheelchair - S6-E6
Continuity mistake: When Karen and Lyle kiss on the sofa, Karen messes Lyle's hair up, so that it stands upward, yet in the next shot, his hair has flattened and neatened, suddenly. (00:11:45)
Visible crew/equipment: After Will and Jack come back from the patio area, into the thanksgiving dinner area, the grey boom mike can be seen reflected in the frosted glass panel above the living room door. (01:18:20)
Continuity mistake: When Grace and Val sit and watch TV on the floor, between shots the wine bottle moves and a cork appears in the top of it. (00:24:40)
Revealing mistake: At the end of the court session when Karen pulls the whoopee cushion gag, you see Will's chair right before he sits down and there's no whoopee cushion.
Chosen answer: I'm not from New York so I can't speak for them, but in Chicago it has happened before. not very often though but I do recall it happening. I have also seen no tickets sold prior to the show at all, it was just first come first served the night of the show. That is very uncommon though.
