Continuity mistake: When Will tells Grace that he is gay, there is a tray of finger foods on the table next to him, as he kneels on the floor. In the second shot, the plate is covered in cling film, but in shots before and after, there was no cling film.
A.I.: Artificial Insemination (1) - S4-E26
Continuity mistake: When the four are eating dinner and talking, Will says "Well I don't wanna sleep with you either," and in this closeup Karen picks up her glass of wine. In the next shot the wine glass is back on the table and she's now holding her fork. (01:14:35)
Loose Lips Sink Relationships - S4-E5
Continuity mistake: When Jack tells Karen to look away from the hand cream guy, a pair of trousers appears in her hands between shots. In following shots as well, the height of trousers piled on the table increases. (00:04:30)
The Third Wheel Gets the Grace - S4-E1
Continuity mistake: The stack of shoe boxes beside Rosario changes from when she begins to explain that she's been stalling Karen to spend time with her, to when Karen gives Rosie her credit card and makes a mad dash. (00:15:25)
Continuity mistake: When Grace is in the batting cages, she gives Will some money to go buy her a corn dog and some nachos. The door to the cage is wide open, but in the very next shot of Will, the door is locked shut. (01:17:50)

Continuity mistake: When Will and his date are having dinner at Will's flat, will pours his date a glass of wine into an empty glass that the date is holding out. When the shot changes the date is holding a full glass near his chest, and when the shot changes again, Will is still filling it up.
Continuity mistake: In the episode "24" when Rosario brings the huge popcorn can in, which has Stan's ashes in it for them to scatter, she puts it down in front of the table, at about the center of it. In following shots the location of the can has changed, moving more to the left / right, etc.
Revealing mistake: In reality Deborah Messing is pregnant but her character is definitely not, so Grace has been filmed lately hiding behind big purses, pillows, counter tops, coats, etc. For some reason in this episode there was some rather sloppy shooting where Grace's waistline is concerned: When she and Karen are first entering the cabin, right after Grace says the line '...driving past 20 churches...' she turns sideways and for a few seconds there is a clear shot of her advanced pregnancy. Additionally, when Grace and Karen go to bed (also in the cabin) they have Grace lying on her back so the pregnancy is quite obvious in that scene, too.
Big Brother is Coming (2) - S1-E15
Continuity mistake: Several parts of the mess in Will's apartment keep switching places. Look at the glasses and napkins. (00:20:45)
Strangers with Candice - S6-E9
Continuity mistake: When Will and Stephanie sit down to join Alex and Grace to order some dinner, the purse sitting on the table between Will and Stephanie - it's straps change from up/down between shots. (00:15:30)
Looking for Mr. Good Enough - S6-E14
Continuity mistake: When Will accuses Adam of being a hooker, Adam leaves the cooking class and grabs a coat from the door. In following shots, the coat has reappeared on the door. (00:17:45)
Three's a Crowd, Six is a Freak Show - S3-E10
Continuity mistake: When Grace is in the toy shop, and is hiding in the ball pit from Mark, the colour of the balls around her changes.
Dames At Sea - S6-E1
Continuity mistake: As Grace practices her reactions in the hallway in front of Will, her silver necklace changes position a few times. It also changes position a few times in various shots after. (00:08:00)
Bacon & Eggs - S5-E2
Continuity mistake: When Jack and Will are outside behind the hedges, stalking Kevin Bacon, Jack hands the binoculars over to Will. Will holds the binoculars with one hand in one shot, but in the next shot he has both hands on them.
Continuity mistake: When the gang are at Grace's mothers, Karen takes her pill whilst holding the bottle. In the next shot the bottle is out of her hand, on the side, and the cup she was holding has swapped hands. (00:12:15)
Looking for Mr. Good Enough - S6-E14
Continuity mistake: During the dinner scene at the start, the white napkin at Karen's placemat vanishes between shots. (00:01:25)
